The full proceess are notified by emails, the manager Whitney also upadate me the product photos through facebook messenger . I suggest any one who is thinking about buying some fairings from MTC fairings to save your self a lot of money and a head ache they are not what they claim to be at all honestly I don't even think they made the fairings they post. They sent me pics of my fairing befor they sent them out with was like about a month after I ordered them when I payed for them to be shipped with in ten days after I ordered them waist of 70 bucks I swear. And when they sent me the pic I noticed right away they were not black and gold like the ones I ordered they were matt grey a little bit of black with gold lettings I told them that's not wat I ordered and they said they are sure I will love them. But I just wanted black and grey and a month and a half later I get the fairings and they look brown black and gold way different from the pic they sent me and not even close to wat I ordered. I'm so pissed off if any one is going to waist their money then do it with me I'm I can do the same job for half the price and the time I feel like I got robbed never agin man was I an idiot 700 dollars down the drain.

I got me a set of fairings for my ninja 400. They look great, I really like how they came out. Customer service was also pretty quick to respond and helpful. Only problem I have is the way the bolts are packed they’re all just put into one giant bag and you kind of to go through them all to get what you need but not really that big of a deal, otherwise great experience with them so far!

I have no other choice but to see if I can get a response by making a post, otherwise I’m being completely ignored. I contacted mtcfairings on 10/26 for a quote reference custom fairings, at that time I received an email from Whitney and a Facebook contact. Whitney initially was very eager and responsive, ever reached out to me before I woke up. The order was placed on 10/28 and fully paid. On 11/07 I receive my mock up of the fairings and was advised they will ship out soon. According to the shipping label, it was created on 11/13. Since then I have asked for updates, reached out on numerous occasions for the estimated date of arrival or atleast an update. Now… Whitney would take a long time to respond. Recently once again I reached out for an update on 12/16 to which after few messages, Whitney replied the following day with a screenshot that was written in Chinese but displayed a date of 12/09 (whereas BEFORE she would reach out to me to decide on a color faster) but nothing else , NOT EVEN A TRANSLATION!!! 12/17 I reach out asking again for an update because it’s not here, to which Whitney stated only that “it has arrived in USA” .. which I figured that out from the screenshot she provided the day prior since I had more than enough time to be able to decipher. Again, I reach out to which Whitney only states to keep waiting … YET AGAIN! I then reached out on Tuesday still without attitude but clearly aggravated and since Whitney HAS BEEN ACTIVE on Facebook but completely ignores my messages. I did ask to please do right and call customs or whever the package is as they will only speak to the seller (screenshot provided). I emailed mtcfairings but also no response. I reached out again today 6 hours ago and STILL nothing… at this point Whitney has been active multiple times and continues to ignore me. I was once excited to get these fairings and wanted more in the future. I will NEVER EVER do any business with mtcfairings and unfortunately due to completely unprofessionalism, lack of response and avoiding their customers… I would warn anyone not to do business with this company. Also, the manager (Whitney Huang) which is the only point of contact, finally responded after I posted this on the page but would constantly delete it and now show the true reviews from their customers.

My experience was amazing from the beginning , the communication was smooth and I got my fairing exactly how I wanted them . I will definitely order again thank you 😊

Great company would highly recommend. Had a design in mind I wanted and told them and had exactly what I wanted in a couple weeks. Very easy to work with and helped a lot trying to get me what I wanted.

Great company. I found a design I liked, and asked them if they could create for my bike, make model year, they said yes and even personalised bits to how I wanted.. The communication was amazing, they kept in touch throughout the process. The fairings arrived and fit perfectly, they look great. They have been on a while now approx 6 months, still look amazing, I get so many compliments. My bike is unique, and for a great price. Although cheap in price they are decent in quality. Highly recommend and I’d definitely use them again. Thank you!

The people are super nice helpful and patient and answering every little thing super quality for the fairings they made sure evey little part was included and packed very good and form in the package

Whitney was wonderful to deal with, the fairings fit mostly how they should, and they look great! My only qualm was the aluminum hardware package. Otherwise, great bang for your buck product!
