I’ve never been a big believer in relying on supplements, however power up has really helped with brain fog. I find I can focus better and not get distracted as easily, especially working from home. It may be a placebo, but whatever it is, it’s working. The only piece of constructive feedback is if I don’t eat anything after taking them, I can still taste the capsules for a while after. This is a seriously minor point though in an otherwise really great product.

Power Up + Brain & Body Creatine with a big glass of water get me going in the morning and Unplug + Hormone Balance unwind me at night. These supplements keep me functioning at my best and I am so grateful for the quality of the products and the customer service is top notch!

I am more alert and my day goes more efficient. I take them in the morning when I feel tired and drained weither purchasing.

I have tried the Creamy Cocoa Whey Protein Powder and have just ordered the Peanut Butter - can’t wait to try it💥 I seem to have noticed a cognitive boost after 20-ish days of using Power Up and Balance - felt quite sluggish before that. Pair these with a low sugar but yummy breakfast (cauliflower in my smoothie?) for the greatest results! Looking forward to trying Hormone Balance as well! Oh yeah, MN are super friendly and helpful as well! 👏🏼✨

I bought the product for my daughter who has trouble sleeping and with night terrors. She had already had positive results when she tried the sample pack, so she is now trying it over a longer period. This product has been more successful than her medication at keeping her relaxed and calm.

Unplug works perfectly to help you switch off after a hectic day or when you have too much caffeine later in the day. I pair it with 3mg time release melatonin for a perfect sleep aid.

The survey form to be filled in ahead of the fitting of the charge point was clear and straightforward. Hoping that communication from now on will be good. Have heard issues about big delays on getting work done so hoping that won’t be the case! Ignore comment above!! Trying to get a charging point fitted through another company (with Motion in the name )and starting Power Up has obviously led to a crossed wire somewhere!! While this company might not be able to help me charge my electric car, I can confirm that the Power Up supplements are very good ( not taken them for long) and apparently help with brain power as well as energy, so that is probably a good thing!!!!!!
