I have been using Unplug for quite some time now after experimenting with a number of other sleep capsules. I settled on Unplug first and foremost because it is, in my experience, the most effective and reliable sleep aide that I tried. It works for me. I fall asleep quickly and I sleep soundly all night. I wake feeling rested and ready for the day. I also appreciate that Motion Nutrition is a small UK based company with a strong, person centred customer ethos. I also like the glass bottle rather than plastic. May I suggest that for those of us reordering monthly that some economies of scale can be achieved by putting 120 - a two month supply in one bottle - they do fit. (I tried it.) You would reduce your bottle, packaging and postal costs by 50% annually. Or, refill supplies could be posted in small letterbox size parcels that we could continuously refill our first bottle. Thus, achieving even greater savings, for both thd company and the customer.

Love this product… I get a deep sleep when I take them… I don't go anywhere without them. My hubbo has been a dreadful sleeper all his life and these are the only supplements that have helped.

Didn’t work for me

Really surprised by the excellent level of service provided by this small family run business. On my reordering their excellent trio of supplements I was personally emailed an advice that they were awaiting stock and kept up to date with progress.

I'm a big fan. My whoop data universally loves it, and gives me a thoroughly non-scientific/clinically proven 10%+ boost to my recovery. Time to get on the power up next! 💪

This is a good product, It helps with my sleep problems. The customer service is great.

Their customer service is really awful. Muddled subscriptions, wrong amount sent, no-one seems to know what is happening. I know the company was recently taken over but teething problems shouldn't go on for this long! My December order was wrong, then corrected so I was happy, but now the next scheduled delivery has failed. I am not happy, especially as I paid in advance. The product, in my case UNPLUG is great, that is if you can get it delivered. It was always a bit haphazard, but then there used to be a working customer service number. Even that does not work now.
