The capsules have made no improvement to my sleep pattern.

I take Unplug every night and at last (!) I can sleep all night! As one who wakes easily at 3.30 or 4 am and can’t get back to sleep, this is a revolution. No drugs, no grogginess, healthy sleep. It’s a gift! FYI: took about 4/5 days taking them to kick in. On my 2nd order of 90 days now. Still great.

Finally - something that works for me! Never had problems going to sleep, it’s waking in the middle of the night and not being able to get back to sleep which has always been my problem. So far, 6 weeks or so in Unplugged has made a big difference to me, helping me to get back to sleep again if I wake. Combined with good sleep hygiene, it’s making a big difference to my life. It seems it doesn’t work for everyone, but it has to be worth a try - difference was very obvious to me in just a couple of days.

I'm someone who suffers with very bad insomnia,I was extremely sceptical trying theese but was also at the stage I would try anything, I'm so happy that I did as I would never be without them again they genuinely work,I will say didn't work straight away was after about a week,I also find them good if I'm extra anxious during the day I will take one and seems to calm me, without feeling your putting something addictive into your system,

Bad experience I’m afraid. Been using your product for a week and they do not work and having extreme nightmares. Could I please get my money back.

Have tried Unplug for about 10 days now. Take two at night before bed. I sleep well until 2am am feel relaxed. However, I still wake and can’t get back to sleep. I may need to increase my dose.
