Great product which really helps me to sleep at night without becoming addictive. I take these when I feel I need to and like the fact they don't put you to sleep immediately but rather cause your system to relax down to the point where sleep is inevitable. I haven't slept this well in years. Unplug is a fantastic supplement. I've tried other products in the past but they always felt a little too powerful or too much like a sleeping pill. I am sure they work for other people but I could not take them. They gave me awful nightmares which I never get normally. Shame, because i so wanted them to work. Just taking plain old magnesium at night now and they are helping.

Firstly I would like to thank you for after not receiving the sample offer you immediately resent items which have now arrived safely Having only started the course yesterday ( my son) it is too early to comment on whether they will aid/ help him. As a tree surgeon, regularly physically exhausted and unable to sleep, we have fingers and toes crossed! 😊
This is a good product works most nights, sometimes it can take a while to go asleep but once I do guaranteed atleast 6 or 7 hours
I have been a very poor sleeper for more than 15 years. I have sleep apnoea and use a CPAP machine that has helped but there were many nights when I didn't sleep at all or slept fitfully. I tried everything to no avail and then I found Unplug. Instead of having 2 or 3 nights a week with no sleep and poor sleep for the other nights I've been sleeping for 6-9 hours a night (captured on my Fitness watch). I've been using Unplug for nearly 2 weeks and I've now developed a healthy sleep pattern that doesn't leave me feeling exhausted. Thank you....

I find Unplug great! I don’t sleep for much longer but the quality of sleep is so much better that I do generally feel rested when I wake up in the mornings. Will likely be restocking once the 30 days are up! Unfortunately I haven’t noticed Power Up having much of an affect on my mornings, I’m still going use it for the 30 days to see if it changes with continued use but right now a little disappointed with it
I’m not impressed to be honest, the unplug are ok but the power up make me feel crap, light headed and a bit spaced, I’ve experimented with them and found when I don’t take them that doesn’t happen. I nearly a full bottle left. Waste of money.
