Wow! I found motion nutrition absolutely great. Firstly I ordered their protein shake samples to give them a try. I was looking for a more natural protein, with less chemicals and sweeteners and a dairy free option. They sent me my samples, Which I have to say really surprised me, they all tasted really good, especially the vegan ones. My favourite was the peanut protein and the cacao protein. A few days later, they sent me more samples free of charge, which I thought was a really nice touch. Since then I've gone on to order more from them. It is a little more expensive, but well worth the money, as it's a really healthy option for getting my protein in. Service is excellent, very efficient. I would recommend people try for themselves. It's a thumbs up from me.

Did not help with sleeping

Expensive placebo had no impact on sleep whatsoever!

The delivery of this was prompt but for me they do nothing to aid sleep, have been taking as instructed for over a week now and last night was one of the worst I have experienced, will continue to take as no side effects but for me not working. Maybe for others they will help

Was hugely disappointed with this product. After reading all the reviews I tried it but sadly did nothing for me ..

Does not help me at all..

Unfortunately these tablets did not work for me. I tried for 3 weeks but still didn't get any improved sleep.

we purchased unplug as we have very busy lives and found it difficult to shut off and sleep quality was poor, after 2 weeks i have noticed less migraines and better quality sleep- i wake refreshed- fingers crossed it keeps up.

Unfortunately I had side effects from both Unplug and Power up. Since I haven’t found many reviews about experiencing this I post them here, in case anyone has had the same issues. Unplug did not improve my ability to fall asleep, I had unpleasant dreams and also woke up drowsy with a heavy head. They also affected my menstruation (suspect the Ashwaghanda). Tried reducing to one pill but didn’t change the effect. My period returned within 3-4 days after quitting them (no extra stress or other new factors, always super regular). Power up really worked and I felt a lot more energized after a few days of use, unfortunately they made me super constipated with stomach ache and I had to quit those too. Guess these nootropics are not for everyone!

Have been a subscriber to both Unplug and Power Up for about a year now and am very happy with both the product and the services. I've even referred several friends towards these products. Whenever I have an issue, customer service always reaches out in a timely manner and remedy the problem immediately.

Didn’t do anything

The unplugged tablets have worked every time for me. From some one who a few times a night will toss and turn with my mind racing to now falling naturally to sleep and waking up rested.

Have used the product for a few days now. Hoping it will help me sleep better and so far I have fewer wake ups per night but still takes me a while to fall asleep. Read the reviews and know I need to give it maybe more time

!ove power up really does work unplug helps me fall asleep quicker than usual.

I got this for my husband to help him sleep. He is starting to experience better sleep and hopefully this will continue.

I love that you can get test samples of the powders. Protein powders can be hit and miss and its hard to commit to buying in a large quantity if you haven't tried them before. Needless to say I loved all the flavors! :) Great packaging and speedy delivery as well.

Love the Power-up and Power-down
