This product has been life changing for me. I have been taking strong medications for many reasons including sleeping for over 20 years. Now I finally decided to take something healthier and see how my body reacts to it. I chose Unplug because of its great reviews and have not been disappointed. I do not have trouble sleeping anymore and am not taking any prescribed medication for sleeping anymore. I wake up more energetic as well. Definitely recommending Unplug to anyone who has difficulties sleeping. I am not sure if Motion Nutrition has something for stomach protection as I am taking a lot of medication. If there is could you please suggest me one? Thank you.

I am very satisfied of the quality of this sleeping aid. It did help me fall asleep faster and sleep deeper. It is not a miracle sleeping pill, but taken regularly with a good lifestyle, it does help people who have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep.

This product did not work for me. My sleep pattern is worse after taking it for 2 weeks.

I have used this product for a full month now and it has made absoultly no change or improvement of my condition in regard to getting more sleep at night. Totaly useless.

Context: active 42 year old man Have struggled to unwind in the evening in the past and struggled with sleep as a consequence. Unplug is working for me. Have been taking it for the last two weeks. It is more effective than the ZMA I used to take. Works for me with blue light blocking glasses and reading the Kindle with the black background on till start nodding off. Usually start nodding off after 10-15 mins, then off to sleep with 5-10 mins after put Kindle down. Sleep is deeper with fewer wake ups. Will give five stars if it continues working when teaching starts again in a couple of weeks and the stress of work kicks in.

Products are good but customer service should improve a bit. I contacted customer services about a missing parcel, but I never heard back. I have been without supplements for two months and I'm not happy about this.

Great product works as described always to take a break from these things for a day or so too ensure you don't stop feeling the benefit

Wow! I really notice a difference taking these I feel great! Sleep much more deeply and fir the first time in ages have energy in the daytine. Definately will re-oprder.
