Not sure if working we’ll find hard to get into deep sleep or stop having silly dreams

Delivery was quick and easy, despite living in Germany! I ordered the Unplug product to help me sleep better. I can definitely see the impact in the sleep score on my Oura ring report. If I could offer one improvement, it would be to provide more specific dosage and timing advice. The bottle says "in the evening", and I think it would be more useful to know when to take this in relation to going to bed. For example, if I go to bed at 23:00, will I not see the benefit if I take it at 20:00 or 22:30? Something like "take at least an hour before bed" would be useful. I also found I had to play around with the dosage. I'm 197cm (6 foot 5) and around 109kg, and 2 tablets didn't bring any noticeable effects. However 3 tablets made a real difference!

After an issue on delivery Joe and the team at Motion Nutrition organised replacement supplements , they were sent out to me, and all perfect . Cannot fault the Great service that I received.

I have been taking them for 2 weeks now, have been sleeping better but not as good as I had hoped. Will carry on for next 2 weeks and hope sleep pattern improves.

I tried Unplug cap. for one month It seems good But I wanted to continue it , then I requested another order P2G78258449 on September 1st .. It hasn't arrived yet, It's really too late !!! I think I should be Compensated for this delay ...

Two tablets of Unplug every night has really helped me sleep at night. Initially I had some really vivid dreams but that has passed. Last night I slept the whole night without waking up once! Unplug is now an important part of my sleep routine. 😊

Gradually my sleep is improving. Helps me to drop off, and although I still wake up in the night I can get back to sleep more easily. I have found that using the Power Up in addition to Unplug makes me feel brighter in the morning and ready for the day. They’re worth trying if sleep and therefore mornings are a problem.

Great products, especially the Unplug which has transformed the quality of my sleep. Very efficient delivery as well.
