Been sleeping generally better after starting with this. Took about 2 weeks before I really noticed the difference. Even though I don't always get the sleep I need, it's still a rather big improvement compared to before.

I use both the Day and Night products, I'm definitely more alert with less brain fog, I find the Day tablets work best if I have them at least an hour before food. I've used them for 3 months now and I'm definitely sleeping better and have more energy during the day.
Great product and it works as well
Using this supplement regularly since lockdown, has Dramatically improved my sleeping patterns although not something that will knock you out it’s definitely helped to improve my rhythm.
Worked great for me when I would wake up in the middle of the night, I was able to fall asleep much quicker compared to when I didn’t take the supplement. I am very caffeine sensitive but I never tried this product while taking a break from caffeine so I believe if I had, the supplement would have worked much better for me.

I ordered the Peanut Butter Protein which I have had before, and the Recover shake which I haven't tested yet. Great service and timely delivery to France. I use the PB protein in my moring shakes and for baking muffins, and I love it so much! The Recover is awesome and tastes delicious. The sachets are easy to use. Great product all round.
