I bought the 15 day supply of power up and unplug. I think they are wonderful. I was struggling to stay asleep all night, I kept waking up early morning then unable to drop back off to sleep but falling asleep just before getting up time. I have been monitoring my sleep pattern since taking the unplug and my REM sleep has doubled, my deep sleep has also increased by a small amount. I feel I have had a good sleep when I wake up and no more disturbed nights. The power up are really good, I have lost the sluggish afternoon dip, and feel refreshed all day. I feel my mood has also improved, I feel less tense and irritable. I would recommend both but take for at least a few weeks to see any improvement.

I've been using Power Up and Unplug for about 3 months now. Unplug has become an absolute no-brainer for me on the daily. I'm one of those people who can lay in bed for literally hours without falling asleep. But when I take unplug, I feel this gradual, peaceful tiredness come over me, and I melt into my bed little by little till I am out cold and I STAY ASLEEP through the night. Power Up sneaks up on me. I'll take it and forgot I did, and then I'll notice I've had a very focused and productive day and I know Power Up was helping me stick to it. I cannot recommend this company enough to absolutely everybody. GET YOUR LIFE IN MOTION FAM!!!

I bought the unplug tablet to have a better sleep. Below are my observations: 1. Delivery was delayed by more than a month 2. Tablets are unreasonably expensive 3. First time I took the tablets, I was feeling all groggy till noon the next day morning. Second time, I took the tablets I woke up at 2 AM and could not sleep till 5 AM. Anyone who wants to try, take only sample tablets. See how it works for you before you commit a huge sum on these medicines.

This really helped me by making my sleep deeper, and more refreshing. I have stopped waking in the night. After taking 2 capsules a night for the first week i have reduced to one and (for tha last 2 nights) have had the same benefit.
