Recover tastes good, not sweet and artificial tasting, easy to get down. Blueberry shake is also great first thing, fresh tasting and perfect with nut milk. My new favourites, will definitely buy again.

'Unplug' does EXACTLY what it says on the pot! Since the first night I've slept like a baby. What a difference. After years of restless, sleepless, menopause plagued nights, I can now sleep deeply for up to 5 hours before nature calls. That's a win, believe me!

Customer service very good, quick delivery and well packaged. The product itself really works at sending you to sleep and making you feel drowsy, however it doesn't KEEP you asleep. Both myself and my partner tried these for 3 days and both had the same experience. I woke after about an hour of falling asleep and the drowsiness had worn off on each occasion I took them. From our experience its a very short term solution for getting to sleep, but doesn't extend the actual amount of sleep in the long run.
