Scam company! I wish I would read a current affair investigation article before we agreed to their fees and services. Our experience: call out fee $141.90, service fee $2,049.00 included 'Conduct a full rejuvenation and jet clean'. The service was completed in under two hours (most of the time he was on mobile, private call), yet we were charged $2,049.00. This seems disproportionately high given the time spent on the work. Additionally, the noise level from the air con unit remains high and unchanged, despite the maintenance work. During the initial visit, the technician informed us that the unit's noise level was too high and assured us that this issue would be addressed during the maintenance service. Unfortunately, this was not the case. We were also told that the service might take about 4 h or more, which was the basis for our agreement to proceed. However the technician Mark spent less than 2 h at our house, and we believe the issues were not adequately addressed as promised.
