Contacted them yesterday after our hot water system broke. They were able to fit us in for an emergency installation of a new system today! Did a great job removing the old tank and installed a new instant gas system for us. Thanks again!

Extremely overpriced - rely on customers not knowing what is fair Called out to fix a leak in pipe to hot water system. Quoted close to $1500 and although we were not happy about the cost, we agreed to the quote thinking job must be done. The plumber was there for approximately 15 minutes and that is when we realised how over charged we were for the labour.Local plumber later confirmed this is about 5 x ‘going’ / fair rate.

Turned out to be a circut issue and it was a 10 minut fix. I am glad they didn't rip me off like other companies tend to do. I appreciate the honesty and professional work

Tradesman who came out for a gas fitting job was very knowledgable and friendly, though price was exorbitant, i.e. more than 4 x what I've since found out to be the going rate for comparable job. Very disappointing as I work in the construction industry myself and believe in fair price for good service. Not cheap price for cheap job, nor a rort. Companies like this only win short term, especially now that I've seen the majority of other reviews saying a similar story.

NEVER USE Fraudelent & dishonest company. This business has been referred countless times to consumer affairs and reqires action to prevent the owner from being able to operate a company.Extortionate pricing. Roughly charging 1000 dollars an hour.
This company's goal is to extort ridulous amounts of money for their services. $141.00 call ouf fee, then $1860 for an element and a Thermostat for a water heater, less than 2 hours of labour. Infact pretty sure the first con artist they send round is a Sales person. Then they send the repair man. Found out the next day we should have only paid $350 for parts and labour. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. MNL
