During lockdown they have been amazing the system they put in place was easy to understand and worked really well. All staff very polite and prices remained good. Only teeny tiny gripe was on line range could have been bigger, but I can live with that - great job!
During lockdown Melbros managed to remain open by instigating an extremely well thought out system of ordering on line and then calling to tell you the order is ready for collection and what bay it is in.The guy manning the gate and the yard men were unfailingly polite and helpful whilst keeping their distance. This has been incredibly useful when most other merchants were closed.Well done!!

Very pleased with the organisation during Covid crisis. I ordered wood on-line, and was asked to collect the order the next day, or the same day, and the instructions were made clear to me. I was a little disappointed with the quality of the some of wood, as some pieces were warped and badly knotted, but overall satisfied
