Excellent customer service brilliant couldnt fault the guy that phoned me up. If only delivery times could be told to you in advance, but supposed being in lockdown is strange all round so won't hold against them. The guy that delivered my products also great communication and cheerful. Won't be using any one else bar Melbros now.

Truck couldn’t get in our drive 🙁 but your driver was very helpful and still managed to get it as far up the garden as he could. Maybe I need to call next time and ask for a smaller truck!!
