Lo scorso anno ho acquistato presso questo negozio (su ebay)una pianta di susina varietà California. A distanza di tempo, mi sono accorta che la varietà ricevuta non corrispondeva a quella richiesta. Dopo aver segnalato l’errore, il negozio si è dimostrato estremamente disponibile, provvedendo prontamente alla sostituzione con l’esemplare corretto. Un servizio clienti serio e affidabile. Esperienza positiva, negozio consigliato.
Nelle piante comprate mi è capitato un alberello in condizioni precarie, cosa che ho comunicato al venditore, allegando una foto. Mi è stato subito inviato un altra pianta, questa volta molto bella e in perfette condizioni, tutto senza alcun costo aggiuntivo. Venditore molto disponibile, professionale e corretto. Ringrazio lo staff per l'ottimo servizio
