Meaningful Beauty

I'm trying to reach the company to cancel my subscription but cannot get hold of anyone! I know they'll write back saying "feel free to reach out to our Customer Care team at 1-800-927-0047 or via chat" but it's a fake response. No one responds to chat and when I call, no one answers. I'm on the phone right now and its been 1h and 5 min and nothing, no human interaction at all. Buy and cancel their recurring charge at your own risk! update: I stayed on the phone waiting and I did eventually manage to get a human with a total wait time of 1h 16 min.. the cancellation process with the agent took 6 further min as they were trying hard to disuade from canceling. So changed my rating from 1 to 2 stars. I'll definitely not want to deal with them again.

I love the products my face feels amazing and looks amazing love it.

Can't cancel, can't get customer service to answer chats or phone. It's a scam, do not buy anything. I did go to the site and they will not acknowledge the chat; I call no one answers the phone. SCAMMMMM!!!!

I have requested multiple times for my subscription to be cancelled. It has not been done. Another payment has been processed which I now disputed with my bank and should be reversed

I am 79 years of age, spent many years in the sun, and really only started taking care of my skin when i was introduced to Meaningful Beauty. No one thinks i am anywhere near this age and all i can say in response is Meaningful Beauty!!!!

I have been with Meaningful beauty for over 9 years. My skin has continued to glow . I love the product. I tried changing to another product only to find that it did not work well for my skin. I've decreased in my finances so its been a little difficult to keep up with the pricing. Overall I have been happy with meaningful beauty. Often I hear 'your skin looks radiant', from people!

Love your product everybody notices my skin and compliment me all the time my skin is so much better and it keeps getting better the more I use it. It's been a year and ilove this

I like being able to customizing my order for the products I use and like the most.

I ordered the initial kit then got the full size kit this time they sent either very old product or sitting in the sun whatever it was the moisture was curdled and oily. I sent a photo was advised not to use it. Was told a replacement will be sent it never was! I cancelled all future shipments. I would post a photo here if there was a way to do so.

I am not happy with the new packaging. I have great difficulty getting the anti-aging day creme out.

I’m buying for my elderly mom too but not allowed to order more than 3 of the same product I’m not selling it I’m sharing it!! I was a customer canceled In the mid 2000’s then started again they can never find my account!!

Whenever age is discussed, people can’t believe how old I am. I have been using your products since about 2000 when I saw Cindy being interviewed on TV. I was 70 years old at the time and am now 95. I believe her products have kept me looking younger than I am. That is why I keep using them

Bought and thought I paid the full amount for the product in March 2025. Tried for a month and cancelled subscription. October 30, 2025, I receive a notice that I owed on product. Called customer service to pay balance and cancel subscription after waiting 20 minutes for a service person. After explaining and paying, the rep said she would cancel. October 31, 2025, I received another email saying I ordered product and it was being sent. I was charged one of the 3 payments for a product I DON’T want. The product is expensive and didn’t work any better than less expensive product. That is why I thought I cancelled in April. I called customer service on October 31. Yes I was cancelled but was still getting the product and payment.
