e respect and kindness we were given…

The respect and kindness we were given by all the staff were outstanding. There were times when we were overwhelmed with questions and legal issues,but Kara Mills was always there to answer whatever questions we had.She was the voice of reason and reassurance in the most difficult time. Both Kara and Tom were so professional and knew the legal answers which were needed for the issues in our case.They were the best choice we made to guide ,reassure and give us there excellent professional services at most difficult and emotional time ,we will be forever grateful.

Alex Chowdhury was a Star!

From start to finish Alex was great to deal with. He provided me great support and gave me his time willingly. I did not feel like I was just a number as is often the case with many firms. I felt like I was being represented by somebody that was willing to fight for me and look after my best interests. The values embodied in this firm are second to none. Definitely worth paying the extra money for the quality of services provided. you get what you pay for as they say :O) Putting the financial side of things aside...I was a complete mess emotionally due to the nature of my case which was spiralling out of control. I was panicking and making poor decisions until I found Alex. As soon as I contacted Alex, he gave me sound advice and was a calming influence. I was previously using Pattison Law who claim they specialise in Road Traffic Cases. They (Pattison Law) were a disgrace and I felt judged and treated like I was a number. They did not even bother to keep in contact with me and were dishing out poor advice which led to me getting into even more trouble with the CPS. Further still, to put it bluntly when faced with the charge of perverting the course of justice which equates to an immediate prison sentence...Pattison Law seemed out of their depth. I achieved the best possible outcome for my case thanks to Alex at Mary Monson Solicitors and I would not hesitate to use their services again. A firm that fights for you and is willing to go that extra mile with a non judgemental approach. I would highly recommend Alex to anybody who wants a smart, professional and caring advocate that is willing to go that extra mile for you.

They believed.... Then they took on the biggest fight of our lives.

They dealt with a very very serious matter on our behalf. More importantly they believed us, then they fought for true justice. Always there to talk to and nothing was too much trouble. They sought a top class Barrister on our behalf who also shared their faith in us and who also fought in the courts to get the truth heard and prevent injustice. I hope I never have to need such legal assistance in the future but if I ever do I would have no hesitation whatsoever in asking Mary Monson Solicitors for their careful help and support.

I would recommend Mary Monson solicitors without a seconds hesitation

Legal advice and solicitors that handled my brothers case were excellent and the barrister they appointed was exceptional - support and understanding from day 1 - A very serious sexual abuse case and 2 years later not guilty on all charges - my brother has his life back and it’s all thanks to our evidence and the legal team at Mary Monson, special mention to our Barrister who was amazing - thank you all so much

I received an excellent service from…

I received an excellent service from Mary Monson solicitors. Both Liam and April were very sympathetic and supportive from the outset which was a welcome and refreshing diversion from the inexplicably poor way my particular case was handled firstly by the police and then by the CPS. Liam, ably supported by April, were instrumental in ensuring i was acquitted and for that, i'll be forever grateful. I highly reccomend this company. LW (Sheffield)

Strong and knowledgeable team.

Ellen worked on my case with extreme professionalism. It was a stressful and painful period for me, however Ellen gave me the feeling she was on top of things and eventually things were resolved as expected and planned out.
