e respect and kindness we were given…

The respect and kindness we were given by all the staff were outstanding. There were times when we were overwhelmed with questions and legal issues,but Kara Mills was always there to answer whatever questions we had.She was the voice of reason and reassurance in the most difficult time. Both Kara and Tom were so professional and knew the legal answers which were needed for the issues in our case.They were the best choice we made to guide ,reassure and give us there excellent professional services at most difficult and emotional time ,we will be forever grateful.

Had a commercial dispute earlier this year concerning planning permission for a range of ongoing projects. It was relatively complex so needed competent legal input. Joseph demonstrated a good mix of legal knowledge and business acumen. Would definitely use again.

Joseph and Natasha...

Joseph and Natasha provided an outstanding service during a difficult time. They were both extremely professional and informative. Telephone consultations were punctual and efficient and Joseph’s strong knowledge and expertise really helped to ease our minds. We can’t thank Joseph and Natasha enough. Highly recommend the team from Mary Monson

My son appointed Mary Monson solicitors to act for him earlier this year. Joseph and Rebecca we’re the people who dealt with the case. From the first meeting we felt as confident as we could possibly be. They were both professional and extremely easy to talk to. We could contact them at all times of the day and always kept informed of any developments leading up to the trial. They instructed a Barrister who they believed would be the best to deal with the case and Mr Stuart Neil defended my son in court. He was subsequently found not guilty on all charges after a six week trial. We cannot thank them enough for their dedication to the case and won’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone requiring legal assistance.

Tip class defence

I'd like to thank the whole team from the receptionist s to the barrister who defended me. My solicitor G Rishton and Nick Wrack my barrister were absolutely amazing, through three trials they out performed every other legal team involved by far. I would never use another firm after the effort and skills you need when you are fighting for your life, all the other defendant s legals thought I should go guilty, that says it all as mine said no way. You need people to really fight your corner, and that's what I got from Mary monsons from start to finish. Thank you

I would recommend Mary Monson Solicitors to any innocent party who find themselves falsely accused of wrongdoing. I have been in that situation and felt very afraid, vulnerable, and lonely. Mary Monson guided me through a particularly detailed and unpleasant process, the likes of which I had never experienced before, but thanks particularly to Joseph Kotrie Monson and Graham Rishton of Mary Monson they managed my case with such expertise and consideration that led to a most satisfactory and successful outcome for me.
