SERVICE WITH EXTRA EFFORT! I purchased a very attractive MacKinnon Campbell Watch while in Edinburgh in 2023 and have enjoyed it for more than a year, and it is one of the most beautifully styled watches I own, regardless of price. Recently I damaged the crystal, some months after returning to the States. I reached out for repair advice and, for a very fair sum, now have the watch back, looking great and working flawlessly. Purchased a custom tartan strap. Couldn't be happier with the experience and results. Was concerned that I wouldn't get the correct family tartan pattern and that the strap wouldn't be long enough. I was sent a preview of the pattern and assured the strap would fit as it was custom made. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and refinement. Wears well, feels great, looks incredible. Would highly recommend.
