I have NEVER received the watch

With my fingers crossed, I ordered my MacKinnon watch on-line, not really knowing the company or how good my experience would be overseas. I am very happy to report the process was easy and the watch is beautiful. It is truly a treasured heirloom already with our clan tartan and clan name on the wristband. I really wanted to order a personalised watch in the tartan my dad used to wear. Unfortunately I didn’t know the name of the tartan and no one in my family could remember. I contacted MacKinnon watches with a photo and I was extremely pleased to to receive a super fast response telling me exactly which tartan it was! My watch arrived really quickly and I am beyond happy with my watch!

One of the loops to hold the band in place broke off within a couple of days Remaining loop is so tight it is hard to use.

I got a custom Apple Watch strap for a gift and WOW it is gorgeous! Absolutely gorgeous! My partner LOVES it! The customer service team was very helpful with my extra questions as well, responding same day or quicker. The apple adapter doesn’t have the same click in as the original but apparently it still feels secure which is what matters. The gift wrapping was beautiful as well (in tartan paper! Ha!) and they hand wrote my note 🥹 So I would highly recommend MacKinnon watches. Thank you, MacKinnon family! (Now I know what to get for Christmas!)

I ordered a watch for my father for Father's Day, and when I was worried about it arriving in time, customer service responded so fast to my query, and once shipped, the watch arrived in plenty of time.
