I had an issue with understanding why I was not able to call internationally despite having plan. I was able to resolve this very promptly by Jean 30213, who not only resolved the problem, but also informed me on how to avail the service I want. Very Helpful and Prompt!!
Lyca is really poor on customer service. I now have had 2 cases where the have been ”unable to help”. 1. I made a mistake when registering my new eSIM and requested a replacement qr-code. According to Lyca, this was not possible for them so they forced me to ask for a refund of the payment and then register for a new number instead. 2. Finally had enough of poor customer service and decided to move the number to another operator which Lyca is blocking. Meaning that I can’t move my number to another operator but have to go through the pain to change number… This is not the first review with this experience here. Think hard before changing to Lyca because once there you can’t get out… Thanks Lyca!!!
I ordered an eSIM two days ago (Saturday). I got an e-mail with QR code which I scanned it with my mobile to configure the new internet package of 120 GB monthly. The internet connection, if I can call it internet, used around 10 MB in the last two days without any connection. I called the numbers for people outside Sweden (I have a Danish tel. no.) which were at the bottom of the e-mail. The first one was out of order. The second one was out of working hours in the weekend. Today, Monday, I called the second number, and after waiting half an hour behind the line with an annoying repeating message about traveling and roaming every 30 seconds, finally one weak voice from another planet took the phone, and my guess was correct, an Indian with so much dialect that I hardy understood that bomboli bomboli language. I know that all these factors (no functioning number, no weekend hours, long waiting time, weak voice, cheap employees with a dialect etc.) are just for holding the callers away from contacting them regarding their poor "service". They just want your money. When the young female employee finally spoke louder and clearly after I got angry and told her I use my Danish number to call and there was no telephone included in the package I bought and the internet does not work, she told me: "Sorry sir, this is the Norwegian center you have called. You have to call back again in half an hour to the same number"!!! Oh my god, as if I am sitting at home and have the whole day for myself! I had already cancelled one meeting for this big problem, and I didn't want to wait half an hour again behind the line with no perspective for any solutions at all. My very first bad experience here in Sweden, and I will complain to the Swedish telecom authorities for this awful and disgusting freedom of operation. I am shocked, how they have got authorization to run this kind of company in the country. If TP could let feedback without any star, I would have chosen that, preferably have chosen another kind of icon which this company deserves. Now I have to find out how I can cancel my Google Pay automatic payment. Another headache! UPDATE 1: (29 Oct. 2024) - After company's reaction: The company's answer is misleading and deceptive for the reader: 1- The company has already got the reference number of the case through the Trust Pilot’s fill-in comment form. There, they could find my e-mail address. 2- There is no need to ask about my Lyca telephone number when I already have written above that I have not received any Lyca telephone number. The above points show how unprofessional, and fraudulent this company is. UPDATE 2 - 30 Oct. 2024 The company has posted the same QR code to my e-mail address again with one line of text in their e-mail which says, I must look to the attached file (QR-code). This was part of the info which I got in my order at the first instance. They are just waisting my time by reactions totally irrelevant to my enquiry. I will bring this case to the judicial authorities.

Hemskt företag. Deras infrastruktur verkar bestå av vecko-gammal spaghetti. Jag köpte en kort plan för att testa, och betalningen drogs två gånger. När jag försöker skicka sms så blir jag tvungen att testa flera gånger innan det går igenom trots bra täckning. De skickar sms och mail från typ fem olika nummer och mailadresser och i dessa står information som "förnyas den dd-mm-ååå" (alltså utan ett datum), "din fC7C¥n C€under", och "Request for ##Msisdn## is success". Deras hemsida är otydlig och hjälpsidorna är kaos, med felstavningar och länkar till ingenstans. De gör reklam för "kontantkort" som är tidsbegränsade och förnyas automatiskt som standard, något man blir tvungen att försöka stänga av genom deras usla inställningssidor som får en att klicka runt i cirklar tills man kommer rätt. Undvik om inte ni vill få en huvudvärk.
I was abroad and broke my sim card. I needed to cancel my data plan. The CS agent was very efficient and solved my problem in 10 minutes.

De kunde inte hjälpa mig att få igång ett kontantkort, de kunde inte själva, samt att hon var mycket otrevlig, hon sa att om jag var snäll kunde hon hjälpa mig. Aldrig råkat ut för ett sådant oseriöst företag och otrevlig personal. Hördes som att jag blev överkopplad till ett annat land. Har läst om andra som VARNAT för detta företag.
Mitt nummer som jag har använt i 5 år blev av misstag flyttat till de. Jag har pratat med flera av deras personal som sa samma sak att numret inte är registrerad hos de fastän jag kan se själv på PTS e-tjänster och hitta.se att numret tillhör dem. Har kontaktad de för sista gången innan jag gav upp och då fick jag svar från en förbannad personal att jag kan vända mig till vart som helst när jag nämnde att jag kommer ta ärendet med konsumentverket. Jag va tvungen att ta ett nytt nummer från mitt gamla operatör pga av dem. Från en oerhört missnöjd kund
Hade förväntat mig att det skulle fungera med Lyca Mobile. Första kontakten var bra, men sen gick det bara utför. Det vi kommit överens om stämde inte, och när jag väl fick tag i kundtjänst fick jag fråga om flera gånger pga hans brytning. Dock fick jag veta att det inte var de som var ansvariga för sin kundtjänst. Tur att jag bara fyllde på för en vecka, vilket inte skulle behövts alls om det stämt som det sas från början.

Protect your money and peace by NOT using this company. Paid a monthly card and got to use it 3 days. Call to customer service in Sweden and when I choose to talk in English I get "there is a technical problem we're sorry for the inconvenience". So they will keep your money, fail to give you a decent service, and then block you from getting any support. again, DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!! edit : I also emailed costumer service and still waiting for a reply... So you rather answer a bad review in a 3rd party platform quickly instead of your own channels? The number is +46 727825227

I tried to get one of them for 6 months online, the total price was 430 SEK. However I got a warning and the warning was saying "Please contact with customer services". I called customer services twice and talked almost 1 hour. I explained the situation however they said me that "We don't know what the problem is , I think you have a technical problem". If there is a techical problem, I am not the person who will solve that problem right, you will solve this. (Even thoug it was not funny, I laughed). They didnt help me and didnt solve my problem.
