I bought a SIM card at the Lyca Mobile stand at Arlanda Airport. There was no one at the stand (this is how SIM cards are made available in many places in Sweden, and anyone who wants one can get one). I bought a top-up at the 7/11 there. It was around 4 pm on Friday. I could not recognise the top-up on the SIM card in any way. From Friday until around 10 a.m. on Monday, I was unable to contact Lyca Mobile's customer service. On Saturday and Sunday I went blind and lost contact with people. From 10 am on Monday, none of the customer representatives I spoke to could help me to switch on my line, they asked general questions and gave general answers. The last customer representative I spoke to in the afternoon gave me some information. I found a free wifi, scanned and sent my passport several times and finally their system finally recognised my passport and I was finally able to use their service. Their service is terrible. There is no proper information. A telecommunications company that should normally work 24/7 works with the logic of a market and only provides service at certain hours. Jeanette from sweden helpline was so patient and lovely! I had a problem with my esim where i kept losing my signal and I lost contact with her multiple times. The other agents that tried helping me was not efficient at all as they kept repeating the same few things which does not solve my issue. Luckily I met Jeanette who was able to solve my distress!
