100% scam. Ordered the prettiest top on here, only for it to be the ugliest and most poorly done clothing ever. It also took forever to get here. I have emailed them for a refund, though I highly doubt I’ll get it. Do not order from here!

This is 100% a scam. It took too much time and when it came it looked nothing like the pictures. When I requested to return the product they offered a 10% refund and for me to keep the product. Obviously I refused and they offered 20%. This happened plenty of times until we got to 50% and they said they couldn’t do more. Once more I asked to return the item and they said I couldn’t do it because the period of return had passed. This is crazy because I had been requesting it for weeks. Now I can only except the 50% refund unfortunately. But I will get all my money back because I have been talking to my bank

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent order. The dress I received was not what I ordered at all. On top of that, it arrived squashed in a small bag, completely unsuitable for the type of item it was. The quality of the dress was very poor and nothing like what was shown or described on the website. It felt cheap and looked nothing like the advertised images. This experience has left me feeling misled and frustrated. I reached out to express my concerns but felt the service did not reflect any genuine care or effort to resolve the issue. I would not recommend ordering from here based on my experience.

Poor material + long shipping
They are made of poor material and don't fit standard UK sizes. I ordered two dresses, one UK 8 and UK 10, which I couldn't even get past my thighs. ( I am 5'5 and slim with a bit of muscle, size 10, I have never had a problem with) which took two weeks to process and another week to be delivered. The dresses had no lining and were entirely different from the website. This is clearly a dropshipping website that ships from China. The reviews on the website are clearly fake! I asked for a refund, and they offered a 10% partial refund, and I can keep the item, which is considered more "environmentally friendly". This is ridiculous as they don't even fit. It would be embarrassing to even try to sell them on Depop or Vinted. Still in the process of trying to get a refund but honestly, please save your money and stay away from this website

Worst quality, even worst costumer service.
Do not buy from here. It is a scam. Poorest quality for the worst quality. Got the item after 4 weeks different than the one I ordered. I was not able to return my order for a refund as they do not respond (tried 3 times to write them with no response). Only contact is by email that is not responded to. Avoid at all costs.

If I could give it minus 10 stars I would. Please please please do not buy from here. It is a scam. You will get some poor quality rubbish clothes you paid a high price for. You will not be able to return your items for a refund as they do not respond. Only contact is by email that is not responded to. Please avoid at all costs.

Good shop!
I ordered jeans, and after seeing reviews was a bit sceptical about whether they'd actually arrive or not, however my jeans arrived in 2 weeks and are completely what I ordered and I am very happy with them. My only issue is that I did try to cancel the order about 20 minutes after I ordered as they have a policy with only being able to cancel the order within 2 hours of placing it, however they got back to me about 5 hours later saying that the order cannot be cancelled as it has been over 2 hours, which was not my fault.
