Had a lovely experience using Love jewellery. Was delivered faster than expected, the box presentation was also also very cute and lovely, was such an intimate experience with my parter as this was a 15year anniversary gesture. Had a small issue with the clasp on one of the bracelets ( this was our own fault may I add ). Got assisted by a member of their team that sorted out very prompt. Honestly the worst company I have ever bought from. To start off I ordered the permanent bracelet for my husband for Valentine’s Day, I ordered it a week before and it said it would come 2 days before and it didn’t. They then blamed it on Royal Mail and said they would send out another. Over 2 weeks later it turns up. It’s definitely not worth the money, very bad quality. Difficult to put on and once on for what’s meant to be a ‘permanent bracelet, it falls off the next day because a link breaks. They said to me that they would offer a refund and now of course they are ignoring me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! YOU WILL be disappointed. Save your money! I don’t write reviews often because I can’t be bothered but this deserves one. A bad one and if I could offer no stars I would!

I was really happy with my order , the gold bracelet was beautiful. The rose box was a lovely surprise if you are buying jewellery for a gift . It was well worth the money . The only negative is the material of the men’s bracelet was weak . But with the order overall I was happy

The I Love You Necklace with our wedding photo is something my wife will cherish forever and she has also had the Love you Forever charm added to her bracelet meaning that she and her grandad are always together. The quality of the materials and the projection is amazing, together with brilliant communication and support with the order from start to finish shows me how good of a business Love Jewelry is. Very late delivery, 11 days later than expected or promised, messaged them several times no response. Bracelet very cheap poor quality, over promised and under delivered.

Ordered on the 9th of Feb for delivery on the 14th Feb, it is now the 23rd of Feb and i have received nothing, this was not a personalised item just a plain bracelet set. They have never shipped the items as i can see from the tracking royal mail are still waiting for the package, even though they have told me they have sent the parcel twice now, I've never received anything and they refuse to give me a refund! Customer services are fast at responding but they are of zero help!
