Bought this for my nearly daughter in law's 30th as her Father recently passed away and she is planning her wedding. It took us a while to get the knack of projecting the photo onto the wall but once we did she was amazed. Very happy with the resultant the necklace is very delicate and pretty.
Bought the anchor necklace and rose box. Had a photo of my mum and Dad put in the magnifier. I bought this as last year my dad was rushed in hospital on mother’s dad and passed away the day after. My mum loves it, the beauty and uniqueness of it and obviously the anchor as my dad was in the Royal Navy. Thank you to all at Love Jewelry for the beautiful item that made the day so special. The item is beautiful but the delivery took longer than stated on the website. It was for a big special birthday and sadly didn’t arrive in time which I wasn’t happy about as I ordered it with plenty of notice. I contacted the team and they did reply quickly but it still arrived after my mums birthday. We had to buy her something else so we had something to give her on her birthday. The gift box was also lovely, well worth adding on to the order!
Overwhelmed with the bracelet and it arrived before the estimated delivery date which was even better as it was bought as a gift.
The necklace is lovely. but the delivery took a few weeks, so just make sure you order in plenty of time if you want an item for a gift.
Very poor service. I ordered this over a week ago and it said on the site it’s 3-5 days for delivery which means I should have had it by now and it’s a very special gift for a family members birthday but now I have to go to the birthday empty handed and she lives far away so now when it arrives I have to pay for postage to send it to her. I won’t buy here again. I made contact earlier in the week and nothing was done to try hurry the order up either.
The product is amazing it is beautiful I had accidentally put the wrong address and when I emailed to change it it was done with in an hour or so I would highly recommend this company
