I don't know how to say this better and what other people's expectations are - I'm on my 4th purchase and everyone dear I gifted a bracelet to has been overwhelmed by the whole concept behind it. I love the finish on all items and it's definitely a winner for creativity and uniqueness I think.

I ordered two bracelets for Mother’s Day a week in advance and the items came extremely late. I did not receive any tracking information and when I emailed the company they just said it was on the way. The projection bracelets are way smaller than advertised, the images are barely visible. I have kindly asked for a full refund but have not been met with a response.
AVOID!!!!! I only ordered from this company because it was the one that said it would be delivered I time for my husbands 50th birthday. Guess what - no item!! And zero help with tracking - it’s been saying the same thing for 5 days with no update. Zero help when speaking to the ‘chat’ either

I asked if I could have another birthstone charm added onto the necklace for my friend and the reply was almost instant, they were very accommodating and happy to add another free of charge. The necklace is gorgeous and I’m super excited to give it to my friend for her birthday, she’s going to love it!

Beautiful, but!! The pendant is lovely it is a really good sentiment keepsake. I would've given it 5 stars if it hadn't been for a knot in the chain which unfortunately couldn't be undone. Therefore I had to purchase a new chain from the high Street jewellers

The process of uploading the photo was simple to follow. The jewellery is nice. There is a varied choice of types of jewellery on and the photos are clear to see in the jewellery. I would order again from Lovejewelry. Unfortunately my order didn't arrive in time for the occasion but I am sure that the intended recipients will be very happy when they receive their gifts this week.

My mum recently lost her beloved dog.. and this was the perfect gift, a memory necklace with her dogs photo inside, she absolutely loves it, she had happy tears… if you are looking for a keepsake or something special then this is a great gift..will happily recommend this company…thank you
I ordered this using my phone so perhaps not the best quality photo uploaded however I can see the image well enough and would absolutely order again. It was a mothersday gift but sadly didn't arrive in time and it was not easy to track so I had no clue how long before delivery. I had to buy another gift but fortunately I can gift for birthday which is soon. I'm sure my mum will love it though she may decide to put the heart on a stronger chain. A beautiful sentimental gift I would absolutely recommend 💗
