Lovely bracelet / necklace making kit! My 6yr old loves the charms, theyre great quality and very sweet! Customer service great, Vicky very helpful with my queries!

Purchased a gift for a friend's birthday, with 2 family photographs and her birth stone. I changed my mind during the order process from a bracelet to a necklace and absolutely nothing was too much trouble from customer services - possibly the most amazing service team I've come across! Once the necklace arrived, I was blown away with how clear the pictures were on it, it was just beautiful. I was so excited to give it over to my friend. She was blown away with it. She just adores being able to see pictures of her late parents so clearly, in such a delicate form in a necklace - it brought lots of happy tears. Can't thank Love Jewelry enough - will definitely buy again. Thank you.

Atrocious company. Took ages to send and receive the item and once did receive not only did they send the wrong item but they sent random pictures of someone else within the item. Contacted and said will send out correct item quickly as explained if was for a birthday present. Well that hasn't been received as promised either so they have let us down very badly. Total incompetence and will not be using this company again. Avoid folks. They haven't a clue what they are doing

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I BELIVE ITS A SCAM…. Ordered a neckless nearly 4 weeks ago and it was for a birthday gift for my mum it said it has been dispatched on the 13th of may with Royal Mail sent a tracking number when I entered that into Royal Mail it said it was waiting on sender to send the item 4 weeks have come and gone no neckless status is still the same Royal Mail waiting for item and the company saying they have sent it… I contacted company they have said yes we will refund you sorry for this and that but it’s clear it’s just been a scam company I have now contact my bank to reacall money as they have still not refunded my account Very angry it was a personalised neckless birthday gift and now I don’t have enough time to order something else from somewhere else they have ruined my mums birthday please don’t order from this company it’s just the worse ever I do believe it’s a scam company

I recently purchased a necklace for my friend who sadly lost her dad. Unfortunately the necklace broke within a couple of weeks. When I emailed to inform them of this they replied very quickly and had the issue sorted very soon. Great customer service.

I Have just received Two beautiful and stunning necklaces for my daughters , one is 40 this month and I am so over the moon with them that I am also going to buy myself one. It takes a bit of time to focus, but when you get it in the right position they are beautiful, and 925 siver. A lovely memory for them both. Easy to order . Give them a go. Thankyou to the company too. They came beautifully packed and secure .

I'm really happy with the bracelets, I have recieved. They came in a nice box. It's a great way to have a captured moment with you at all times. I highly recommend them.

I ordered a keepsake for my mum, we lost my dad in December so this was a big deal for us to have it. We paid to have it in a rose box, it looked perfect my mum loved it and carried my dad everywhere. Unfortunately it broke and she lost the picture of them both. She was so upset my husband couldn’t fix it so I emailed love jewellery to say thank hay had happened. They went above and beyond to help and send us a replacement as well as a beautiful email for my mum. Its words touched our hearts. They couldn’t have been so lovely about it and currently making a new one. I couldn’t help and feel left out so I ordered a bracelet for myself it’s with my everywhere and I love it.

Such an easy process. I uploaded my photo paid and within 10days a beautiful tennis bracelet with the photo I chose inside. It was a present and they LOVED IT so thank you will definitely recomend and will use again 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The product itself are lovely, however make sure you give plenty of time for delivery I missed two birthdays as they arrived too late. It will take exactly 10 working days to arrive as they don’t take in account weekends, so over 2 weeks they took to arrive.

I got the minimalist men necklace. It was so pretty and such a thoughtful gift to give your loved ones. The service was just amazing with quick responses when I asked about the cleaning methods for the jewellary with clear link and video attached to the conversation.The price is so reasonable as well for such great quality. They are absolutely great. Will purchase more jewellary from them in the future 😊

Beautiful jewellery, Great price. I brought them for my boys after we lost our precious nan so they have photos of her in their jewellery. I was hesitant as the prices seemed too good but they’ve arrived in beautiful boxes exactly as described.
