Got my nail polish relatively quickly and it was very well packaged. Love the polishes! I ordered 4 and I look forward to more in the future.

Ordered and was never shipped. Money was taken and tracking never shows anything updated. They only have contact through email and it takes them a little bit to get back to you just to tell you that they are researching your order. Today I get told that they are too busy to ship in a timely fashion. I asked for a refund and they sent me a shipping label. Terrible business, do not buy!!! I disputed the transaction with my credit card, I’ll get a faster response from them!

My order never shipped. Their website states that during busy holiday times it may take up to 3-5 days to ship your order out. Mine has been unfulfilled for 9 days. They do not respond to emails or facebook messaging. Huge red flags, luckily I paid with paypal, so I'm holding out for another couple of days in hopes that I receive some sort of acknowledgement. They were fast to take the money out of my account, not so much of the delivery of goods though.

This is the second time I have ordered from this company. The first time it took over 2 weeks to get my nail polish. I had to contact them with little communication on their part. I wrote it off because they were having a big sale. This time I ordered 2 polishes on October 26. Apparently someone lost this order so the company was supposed to expedite another order. That was 2 weeks ago. They took the money out of my account and now I cannot get a response from them. Buyers beware. I guess I am just out the purchase price. I will never order from Live, Love Polish again.

Love their nail polishes! Gorgeous colors, wonderful shine and manicure lasts a long time. Expect a 2 week wait for your order if using free shipping or No Rush. It is worth the wait.

Although it is expensive, I think this company is amazing. I love their polishes (and the peel off base coat they sell, HIGHLY recommend) My last package arrived earlier than estimated and its packaged perfectly so there wouldn't be a chance of bottles breaking. They allow customers to post pictures of their nails as well, so its not just their photos. Great site and company. A happy, loyal customer to them.

I’ve ordered a few times and have had no service issues. Lately though, I haven’t wanted to order anything because Live Love Polish only sells like 2 brands and they’re both their own brand. So, I think it’s rather shady to claim to sell all these great indie polish brands when the only polishes you sell are your own over-priced brands. And they all look vaguely the same. LLP used to have fantastic variety, but their selection has become so boring. Edit: typo correction

The polishes are amazing quality and absolutely beautiful. The packaging it comes in is adorable and the little added touches with a handwritten note were lovely. Shipping was as expected and no part of my experience was bad.

I first started buying these polishes due to the fact the nasty chemicals are not in them. They wear extremely well without chipping. Major plus. This company constantly has new colors and I’m very impressed with how fast the items ship. I’m beyond pleased with this company and will continue to purchase from them.

I started buying your nail polishes around the time you started..I have loved basically all the colors I have received..you had a wonderful rewards program that you started that gave you points on everything you bought...well I was buying a lot in the beginning..but was never given any points...I tried contacting someone to help but no one ever acknowledged..I eventually started not purchasing as I was...I do hope you have taken care of this issue, as I would love to buy more.

Live Love Polish is so great! They have a great selection at reasonable prices. I've never had any problems with the items received. Shipping time is great! All around great company! I'd recommend them to anyone.

I just love LLP! I have just recently gotten into indy nail polishes and this company was one of the first I ran across in blogs and reviews. They have an excellent website, an outstanding selection of products - including their own fabulous name brand! Shipping is reasonably priced, and customer service is amazing! Whenever I get a package from LLP, I feel I’ve received a present from a very thoughtful friend! You absolutely cannot go wrong with LLP either for yourself, or as a gift giving choice. I absolutely love LLP! They have the prettiest polishes out there. They also have a very wide range of different polishes and their own nail polish line is so gorgeous. The prices and shipping costs are reasonable which is very important as I live in Finland. Their customer care is so professional and friendly, too. All I can say about the company is...WOW! :o) I started buying on LiveLovePolish a little while back. The are so professional in handling your order, to fixing or making a price adjustment. The last purchase I made was right after Thanksgiving. I paid for my purchase and the next day I see that very item on sale in their store. I contacted their customer service and they refunded me the difference in the pricing! I was hooked on them already, but their customer service and attention, to me the customer, was outstanding. Yes the prices can be a little up there, but the polishes are very much worth the money. This is my go to spot for nail polish without a doubt. LiveLovePolish thank you for being awesome :o)

This is my go-to place to buy gifts for my female friends and family members. The reactions have always been some form of "Ooooh! Omg they're so pretty!" so I guess they must like this store's products. Great customer service too.
