I ordered stainless steel knives and was contacted immediately by Oliver as the website was wrong and they only had blue inlay. We had a good discussion and I decided to proceed with the blue on the understanding I could return them. The info Oliver gave was spot on and I'm pleased with the cheese knife set. Had been looking for Emile Henry products in UK for a while. Have a bread cloche but wanted a baguette maker too. Arrived quickly and really well packed. Colour was stone and neutral in my kitchen. Used recipe book included to make delicious baguettes. Will try different types of organic flour for a change
