Wow what an amazing service. I ordered something and emailed the company worried it wouldn’t arrive on time. Not only did they offer expedited delivery at no charge, but in the end dropped the parcel off themselves. Really friendly and helpful customer service and a great purchase.

Just taken delivery of my De Buyer frying pan. This is my fourth De Buyer pan and it is exactly as expected. Thick heavy carbon steel that will be a pleasure to work with. Pan arrived very well packed, and the price was the best I could find on the internet.

Firstly, I found the website by chance, searching for my pan .The price of the de buyer pan was competitive, I liked the fact the delivery was free, sometimes the delivery can vary greatly on some websites,which can bump the price up. I liked the website as well, clearly showing the details of the items. The item was very well packed with a big thanks for the purchase, giving personal touch and care to the item bought.
