I ordered tail light

I ordered tail light, after a couple weeks emailed asking where my order was, they said sorry order was misplaced but had it in stock and would send within 10 days. After another few weeks emailed them again inquiring about order, they said sorry part no longer available but they would refund the amount. Waited but never received refund. I finally contacted Better Business Bureau and with their help I finally received my refund.

Scammers

ordered 2 struts only received one, two boxes one strut. sent picture of two boxes with note only one strut. they replied received as shipped. scammers!!!!!

Wrong size part, can't get return/refund/exchange

After a head-on collision, I purchased Shocks/Struts for my 2002 Ford Explorer. They arrive. However the set I receive are the wrong size (about 3" too long). I contact JPauto.com to see if I can exchange them for the correct set. No response. I try to return them, no response. I have filed several times in the past month to contact them. THE WORST. No response, no one in customer service. Incredibly frustrating. Don't use them please.

Terrible, Nonexistent Customer Service

I contact JPAuto.com by email on 2/7 for a return. I have since contacted them several times via email. They are no longer responding and have the product back. I have attempted to contact them through their Chat option and also via phone. I have had NO ability to get ANY type of response or acknowledgement from JPAuto.com. I believe I have been misled in purchasing from this company and despite my returning the product and having proof of such, I was unable to obtain my refund confirmation and payment. I filed a claim with PayPal (thank goodness I used this form of payment!) on 2/15/2021 and was able to receive a full credit from PayPal on 2/26/2021 as JPAuto was non-responsive to them as well. The product I got looked fine, but returning it was a nightmare. I would NOT do business with this company ever again. Buyer beware.

They took the money right out of my…

They took the money right out of my account. Told me I would receive an email for confirmation and how to track it. It was supposed to arrive in three days. To PAUL: Did you EVER receive Your order you paid the 2 day shipping for? if so, when?

Still waiting for my order

Still waiting for my order. I paid extra for 2 day shipping and Didn’t receive any tracking info. Trying to get ahold of anyone is impossible. One guy answered asked “who is this” then hung up on me. I just wanna know where my parts are!

Bad decision makers. No common sense

I bought a pair of headlights for my 07 Tacoma and these dudes sent me mix match lights. They look the same on the front but the backs don't. If you're going to send different brands at least notify me first. Now I have to go through the bullxxxt return.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service , fed ex posted it was delivered a day before I actually received it, so I emailed them telling them I haven’t received anything and all they had to tell me was “fed ex says it was delivered ,best regards” ...So if I didn’t receive my product the next day I would’ve been asked out...take your money where they care
