Highly recommended-Dan was lovely to deal with

We just had an old ute picked up by Dan at JP Autos. He was polite, prompt, friendly and could not have been nicer to deal with! Highly recommended!

Paid for vehicle but it was never delivered

I paid for a vehicle and it was never delivered. I took them to court and they agreed to be making monthly repayment but however they have ceased to comply and when i follow up i have been informed that they have closed shop in my country. In short they are thieves deal with them at your own risk.

Quality aftermarket parts

After ordering replacement assemblies for my 98 Doge Ram 1500, I read some reviews and was suddenly very nervous. To my surprise the tracking number from FedEx was legit and they arrive exactly as promised. They are high quality Eagle Eyes assemblies and a perfect fit. They cost me 1/2- 1/3 of what others offered. Being one who has written 100s of reviews, I am fully aware that there are many fake reviews both positive and negative. The only drawback, which is very common these days was a lack of installation instructions. I found several YouTube videos that overcame this. I installation was mostly simple. There had been some bumper damage when I bought the truck that pose some difficulty installing the drivers side assembly. This was easily overcome with the assistance of another video. The assemblies are installed and work perfectly. Although it was not necessary, I reached out to JP Auto just to see how their customer service and communications were. They responded quickly and offered their assistance should I need it in the future.

SCAMMERS!!!

Ordered a headlight from them in May, FedEx decided to deliver it to the wrong house, I sent proof of my house and the picture that FedEx took was absolutely no mine. He went ghost on me and replied to my dispute with credit card saying I recieved the product which was delivered to the wrong house. This person is a scammer and hopefully one day has the balls to either see me in person about it or call me. Don’t order from here they will scam you

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I ordered a pair of headlights from JPAuto and received them 4/27. They appeared fine and were installed the same day. After 58 days (6/24) the rubber seals on both lamps have completely come undone. Im in Arizona and it is summer, maybe the manufacturer didn’t use an appropriate glue for warm temps, but the adhesive was also not applied consistently to the seal. This is clearly a manufacturer defect / flaw in craftsmanship. Unfortunately, it was not mentioned anywhere that these were made in Taiwan. I’ve provided photos and explained my concern about the defective headlamps since it is monsoon season we are expecting rain. I requested an exchange. They offered me no resolution, instead suggesting I dropped them. It’s been crickets since. My follow up has not been acknowledged either. The product page states there is a 90 day return policy and 1 year warranty. I don’t see the point in advertising this policy & warranty if they aren’t going to stand by their product & honor it. That is false advertising or perhaps bait & switch but either way is ILLEGAL. Anyway, I will be filing a claim with PayPal to get my money back since it is clear there will be no warrantied replacement. I will also file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commision. 7/18 PayPal closed case in my favor

Fast delivery, great product

I made an order on June 19th at 1pm and on June 20th it beat me home from work. I ordered a bumper cover that came in great condition, no scratches, went right into shape in the sun and was the correct part. The first bumper I ordered from another company was none of those things. Truly amazed how it arrived so fast and in great shape. Many of the bad reviews seem like errors with the shipper and not the product.

It's been two weeks since I ordered my…

It's been two weeks since I ordered my part and so far as I can tell it hasn't been delivered to FedEx yet, in spite of the fact that JP Auto's online tracking information shows that a shipping label has been ordered. FedEx also only shows that the label has been confirmed but no shipping date. I have e-mailed JP Auto twice and they replied to the first one. The only thing they said was, "were sorry for the delay." and "contact us if you don't receive your package in a few days." I didn't see a contact phone number so I requested one in the second email. This is the second review site that I have looked at and the ratings are pretty much the same. My only hope is that the very few reviews that are good are very good. Assuming they are legitimate! 6/7/24: Yeah! I finally got my bumper cover. Of course they folded it in half so that there is a nasty dent right down the middle and the center support rib im the grill is skewed out of shape. It's laying on my living room floor in hopes it will strengthen itself out, but I am highly skeptical. Besides I don't have time to wait. I needed it back on my car last week. The original part was textured black without any paint or primer and I was worried because the advertisement said it had been pre-primed. If it has been I can't tell the difference. While I was trying to find out what happened to my package I discovered that I could have ordered the same part for about the same price on Amazon and had it in a few days. It turns out this hasn't been a total loss but the experience has soured me for this company. I still will not do business with them again. It took me pestering JP Auto a few times but they finally emailed me a new tracking number and I was able to track my package through FedEx. That was yesterday so it took me more than two weeks to get the correct tracking number and the next day my package showed up. Way to stressful!

JP auto avoid at all cost

JP auto sent part through fedex with tracking number never received my tail light. Fedex said it was delivered on the tracking so when I looked at the Picture in the tracking that is not my house the driver delivered to the wrong house. JP auto jerps telling me it was delivered which it was not they are not helping at all. Fedex said they have to file the claim and I as the recipient can't? What sense does that make. So now I'm out my money and still no part. Thanks alot JP auto I will never buy from you again. Avoid JP auto at all cost it doesn't matter how cheap they are if you never get your product.

I ordered a headlamp for my 2018 Kia…

I ordered a headlamp for my 2018 Kia Niro from this company. Within months after installation, the headlamp started accumulating water. The installer said it was a manufacturing defect. JP Auto promised me a refund via PayPal but has not given me the refund. I have contacted them numerous times. This company is not trustworthy and sells defective products! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

Crook Peter...

No any star..Is a huge crooks....Because he changed 2 injectors. 20 minutes...he asked for 350, and put old ones and he sells the new ones on ebay.....He's a notorious con artist...He damaged some customers' gearboxes and engines

I ordered side view mirrors for my truck. I accidentally ordered 2 pair. I only needed one. There is no contract phone number for JP Auto so all I had was email to contact them. I explained my mistake, they replied the following day. Stated that the order was already processed, but would hold back 1 pair and when I received my delivery to reach out and they would refund the difference. I took them for their word. Since I had it in writing I wasn't really worried. Well after 4 attempts within 7 days to get my refund they still haven't replied. I had to dispute it with my bank. The one email exchange made life easier. But they are bad for business. I'll never order from them again.

I was hesitant to purchase at 1st

I was hesitant to purchase at 1st bc of such negative reviews but I did anyway. Boy, was I glad I did bc my part that I ordered for my Audi came in like 3 days! It was half the cost of anywhere else that I googled for it. Cheaper than carparts.com, partsgeek, ebay, and Amazon. I ordered a right fog grill and received it quick and in perfect condition. No this isn't a paid sponsorship, just a great review for great service. Thank you JPAuto.com for such a positive experience. I'll be back.

2002 Hyundai sonata right tail light…

2002 Hyundai sonata right tail light was damaged from hit and run. I ordered a new tail light from jpauto and this was my first purchase. I read the reviews AFTER making the purchase and got nervous. But the tail light came 3 days later in amazing condition. Some of these reviews might turn people away, but my experience was great!! I would purchase again!!

Thieves!!!

Do not buy from this business! It is a SCAM!!! Advertised wrong part on website. Sent wrong part. We returned the part with proof of recipt by them and received NO refund. Contacted Better Business Bureau and this company didn't respond! They are lying thieves. Do not be deceived!!! We will be filing a police report!!!

Scammers

I have purchased 2 headlights that I had to return and I have shipped them back but never got money refunded(I guess my return got lost). I tried to call them endlessly and emailed them but no answer. Do not buy from this seller, unless you want to waist your money and time .
