I ordered a tail light for my truck & it didnt fit! I went online to return it & it tells me i have no returnable items? so now im out money for this tail light & they wont take it back? do not use this company for anything!!!
To: JPAuto Thank you for your prompt service. I received the rear view mirror. It was a great product and was in very good condition. I took it to my body shop and they painted it to match my car color and installed it and it looks great and the remote adjustments works great. Thank you very much. It has been a great pleasure to deal with JP Auto for great auto parts.
Ordered a new set of side lights and headlights for my crown victoria and they got here in two days with decent packaging. They seem to be a hit or miss judging by reviews so maybe I got lucky. Overall great experience.
Updated review. Ordered my tail light on 3/3 Today 3/6 it was delivered. Wrapped in bubble wrap with foam packing to keep it safe. Fit like a Genuine Toyota tail light. Super happy. Thumbs up with these guys for sure
I ordered a set of parking lights. One of the lights was damaged upon arrival. I completed RMA process and received a replacement promptly. I wasn't required to return broken light, just send a pic. I will deal with JPAUTO again. Thank you
I order a corner light assembly for my neighbor’s car. After the initial notification of shipping with the FedEx number included, the big winter storm across the eastern part of the country hit. To my surprise, I didn’t have to track the shipment, as Jpauto sent nightly updates of tracking the delivery date. Pleasantly surprised that they followed shipment through to final delivery. Assembly was well package so no damage during shipment. I will definitely order from them in the future.
So they did send the the wrong part of the car and when I tried to return, the label only said refund $8 to me even though I bought the mirror for $30 plus shipping. I still return it and contact the company using the website fill outt form. Seems like they actually listened to me, after a few hours, they started initiate the whole refund with shipping back to my card. Based on a lot of negative reviews here, I think they are trying to do better with the customer service even though their contact method isn't very flexible (no email or phone number on the website).
Worst and most bizarre autoparts purchase of my life. Ordered a mirror for my truck. Whoever packaged it didn't add bubble wrap or anything -- literally just tossed the mirror in an oversized box made with the flimsiest cardboard you have ever seen in your life. Of course it arrived broken. The packaging was so poor that I am going to say that whoever did this did so intentionally. Or more than likely, they simply shipped me an already broken mirror. Why? Well, get this - I paid $57.63 which includes $9.99 shipping. In order to get a refund, here is the process: - 4 week minimum refund time. - I have to pay to ship the mirror back to them, even though it arrived broken. - They will only refund me $29.02 if they do in fact decide to refund me. - How did jpauto arrive at $29.02? No one knows. Not even jpauto. Absolutely bizarre. When you add in how goofy their website is, I will tell you that this is the worst autoparts purchase experience/company I have ever dealt with. BUYER BEWARE.
I ordered a headlight for my Honda accord. The picture looked just like my headlight. It asked me what trim level I have and I picked it. It brought up a picture of mine but the description was wrong. I didn’t catch it until it was on its way. Shipping was already delayed longer than it should have been. I started the return and expected to get all the money back minus shipping. As soon as the package came I didn’t open it just shipped it right back. They are apparently keeping another $30 for restock fee I’m guessing which wasn’t communicated to me or I would have just sold it on eBay. Ridiculous that opening a box you packages and putting something on the shelf costs me. It is partially your fault as you had the wrong picture with the description.
The part I received, replacement tail light, did not provide a turn signal. Defective. I told them I needed to return it. They said to take it to a mechanic. Really? When I returned it they shorted me about $32 on the refund. Very deceptive.
I just received my 2012 Honda civic taillight assembly set and honestly I’m so impressed I payed 71$ and that’s the best price around and the quality even better 10 stars !!!!!

Do not buy from JP auto I do a lot of business with several auto merchants. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had and return the product they receiving it and not giving me a credit back on my credit card.
If I could rate zero I would! We ordered a tail light and received a cabin air filter, no contact number, no response by email, when u try to track it it takes u back to where u bought it in the first place. FedEx even said yea we get these calls in them all the time. Shame on y’all
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! 1 star, I never received my package and upon contacting them then refer me to fed ex and once I reach out to fed ex they send me back to the merchant. I will be disputing with my bank asap.
I ordered 2 taillights for my car, and had not checked reviews before I ordered, which is something that I usually do. I was really worried about my order after I read some of these reviews. However, I received my order with correct parts, and it arrived two days early. I guess it’s hit and miss with these guys, so I feel lucky!
Thieves! OMG! WHY?? I bought a taillight for my car, it was guaranteed to fit the OEM Part#. The part arrived quickly, but DID NOT FIT the OEM part that was advertised. So I returned the part the SAME DAY to FedEX. They emailed me they would refund me the cost minus the $9.99 shipping. But did not give the refund STATED in the refund slip, they refunded $300 of $373.00 NO PHONE number to contact them, I sent emails which received NO response. I disputed this with my bank, UNTRUSTWORTHY...I wish I had read the reviews before buying from this thief! Really just stealing money from people! DO NOT TRUST THIS MERCHANT - THEY WILL SCAM AND STEAL FROM YOU.
I ordered a bumper cover that goes on top of my steel number on my Chevy truck. JP folded this bumper cover into 3 pieces, damaging and destroying the bumper cover, as they shipped it. It is hard plastic the should NOT ever be bent. I immediately emailed them and they said nope you can’t return it. I sent the request 3 times and they said “denied” can’t return it. I saw that JP auto folded it when the delivery guy was handing it to me I say hell no, I’m not accepting this deliver, return it back to sender. Don’t buy from these people. This was my one and only purchase from them
