We recently completed a comprehensive home remodel with Jackson’s Design, led by refurbishment consultant Ana Tonial. Ana brought exceptional project management skills and deep industry knowledge, guiding us through every phase—from design and planning to execution. As with many construction projects, we encountered unforeseen challenges, budget recalibrations, and tough decisions. What set Ana apart was her transparency and steady communication. She kept us informed at every step, even when the updates weren’t always easy to hear. Thanks to her tenacity and responsiveness, the project was completed to a high standard. We’re truly delighted with the transformation and the aesthetic outcome. The journey wasn’t without its bumps, but the result speaks for itself.
Jacksons have been great to work with - Enrico in particular is very dilligent and always there to support both me and my tennants. Living abroad makes this especially valuable as I know I have someone I can trust looking after my flat for me
Since working with Ledj, I have found her to be incredibly supportive. Her communications are speedy and personal, and she seems to care about giving the best service she can.

A very big THANK YOU to Jonathan Cooke from Jacksons Balham for helping us find our dream home, we had a great experience in dealing with him. He was the first estate agent we went out for viewings with to start our search and he quickly built a clear picture of our requirements. We really appreciated he didn’t waste our time by getting us to view properties that didn’t match our criteria and eventually when the right property came on he quickly rang us and the rest is history.

Very happy with the service we received from Jacksons Balham branch. The photos and brochure produced by Jacksons was far superior to the one produced by another agent we had used previously. The team were able to generate a lot of viewings, which were managed seamlessly and the feedback was regular and helpful. Once we accepted an offer Sophie (initially) and Harry (thereafter) were great in pushing along the solicitors on both sides and trying to finalise the sale. They were both very responsive and helpful intermediaries whenever we seemed to hit a roadblock. The only negative is the solicitors recommended by Jacksons. On both sides they were far from impressive and at times difficult to deal with, but that was probably down to how busy the market was at the time

I have been a client of Jackson’s for over 10 years and the high standard received by them has been second to none. Recently having sold a flat in DuCane Court in Balham, from the moment Helen Cerpnjak came to value it she was professional, friendly, honest and provided details of similar properties they had sold to back up her valuation. They team quickly got to work organising viewings and secured an offer to which I declined. Back to work they went with gusto and along came another buyer who’s offer I accepted. Sophie Doughty did a fabulous job in progressing the sale and was polite and efficient though out and always getting answers when she said she would. Helen was always on hand too until the day keys were handed over. These guys are the best and would highly recommend.

Awful company. Just seen the recent reviews and I can back up the charges of Jacksons' in-house culture of greed and deceit, at the expense of the homeowner. Streatham branch tried a really horrible trick on our family back in 2015: They tried an inside job whereby a Jacksons employee and her mum pretended they were going to buy our property, thereby stopping all viewings and bids from other interested parties... then they delayed and delayed and did nothing but stall the process for 4 months!! For silly time-wasting reasons, during which time we were put under immense financial strain and lost a lot of money, as we couldn't afford the rising rent of where we were living at the time. Yes, the whole office took us for fools. Yes, I'm sure they were laughing at us. In hindsight, they were clearly all in on it. Yes, we were naive to accept an offer from an insider. The intention it seems was to push us to desperation, so we'd be forced to sell under market value (foolishly we did reveal to them that we had to sell quickly due to financial pressures... and so they saw our weakness and preyed upon it). We moved our business to Kinleigh Folkard and Hayward and completed v quickly and efficiently. Never Jacksons ever, ever again. I have just checked and that nasty piece of work who orchestrated the trap (with her mother) has climbed the ladder to Jacksons' Balham Director now! Hm, if the culture of Jacksons meant she got away with / was rewarded for playing games like that 6 years ago, I'll bet her fakery, treachery and greed have only increased with time... We lost a lot of money dealing w them, I expect you could too. Reply to sarahtranter: No. But I have kept all email threads from that period, including those with our solicitor. You have the year and the office. If Jacksons want to discipline their staff, they can start with doing some honest work. Edit: I have just read through the emails. I have a correction: 6 months(!!) we wasted with Jacksons - and all they came up with was 1 lousy insider who asked silly questions - silly indulgent questions, which were heavily indulged by Jacksons and we were leaned on to indulge them too, of course. We went into mortgage arrears, had to pay a huge lump-sum for where we were renting and our credit rating was damaged. Our solicitor was also very, very unimpressed with the Jacksons' 'buyer' and Jacksons in general.

I will never trust this company's staff. They have behaved with no regard for truth, honesty or integrity. Their reputation is as bad as Foxtons every was 15 years ago. I was lied to by James King and refused then to sign his contract. In response his team proceeded to call buyers to tell them not to view our house as it was going off the market. Steer clear of these cowboys.

Yes use Jacksons if you want to find a buyer for your home. Started off well with Tristan and Lucy (both have left Tooting branch). Use them if you are then prepared to manage the whole sales progression process with your prospective buyers and rest of the chain yourself... You read that correctly. If you are expecting regular updates from an estate agent then Jacksons is not the agency for you. Jacksons, from our experience, will also tell you you have exchanged days after it has happened. And on completion day you will not hear from them. But they will chase and chase for payment pretty promptly....helps though if they actually issue you an invoice! You have been warned. I do wonder if the Jacksons owner knows how their business is been run. Tooting sales branch and Streatham "sales progression" branch....

first of all, this company is so incredibly rude. i called them and asked them a few questions and they just arrogantly hung up on me. when i called again, they acted as if nothing had happened. I had enquired about a property and they didnt reply to me for over a week, so i had to contact them again, just to see that the property had been let out to someone else. they didnt even bother to tell me. and what makes the other person more special than me? why did they get a reply but i got nothing. not even a message to tell me the property has been let out. the prices of the properties may seem good, but do not bother with this rude and lazy agency. absolutely horrible. ruined my day.
