Getting the Job done
We recently completed a comprehensive home remodel with Jackson’s Design, led by refurbishment consultant Ana Tonial. Ana brought exceptional project management skills and deep industry knowledge, guiding us through every phase—from design and planning to execution. As with many construction projects, we encountered unforeseen challenges, budget recalibrations, and tough decisions. What set Ana apart was her transparency and steady communication. She kept us informed at every step, even when the updates weren’t always easy to hear. Thanks to her tenacity and responsiveness, the project was completed to a high standard. We’re truly delighted with the transformation and the aesthetic outcome. The journey wasn’t without its bumps, but the result speaks for itself.

I would highly recommend Jacksons. From start to finish they made the process very easy. In particular the level of engagement throughout the process with Sophie Doughty was excellent. Sophie provided advice and guidance of how to overcome difficulties ending in a successful sale of the property in a short period of time. I would happily refer any sellers to the office. I wanted to book a viewing
I wanted to book a viewing. I mentioned I own a new company since April. They asked if I'm ok paying for 2 years of rent upfront because I wouldn't pass the checks. I usually mention that I have a new company to other agents and they say possibly you might need to pay 3 or up to 6 months in advance. 2 years is just outrageous. Thank you very much, but no way I will sit down 63K doing nothing. I was told that all Jackson offices have this requirement unless you have this money in savings.

Great support for first time buyers
Sophie Doughty was great. We were first time buyers and she guided us through the process, checking in regularly and making sure that we knew what we needed to do and when. I don't think we would have completed before the stamp duty deadline without her help.

Jackson’s, what a lovely bunch
Jacksons have been fantastic from start to finish. Helen came to value, was extremely knowledgeable and relieved any worries I had. The whole sales team then came to meet me & run through how viewings etc would go and run through what I love about my home (a great touch) they found me a buyer and exceeded what I’d thought we would ever achieve in price! Last but not least Sophie in Sale Support did exactly that and supported me throughout the legal bit. I cannot recommend this wonderful bunch enough.

Helpful and Responsive ...
I recently went on viewings over several weekends with Kadeem from the Jacksons Tooting branch. As it was my first time looking for something south of the river, he was very helpful and patient in answering all my numerous questions. In addition to giving me his honest opinions on the potential of each property we viewed, he also give me a helpful overview on the various parts of Tooting and the surrounding areas. Given my spec, he was able to send over various options, with potential to extend to give me the space I wanted, that I would not have known to consider. In the end, I have purchased somewhere else but nevertheless, I would highly recommend Kadeem as someone to contact if you're searching for a property in Tooting.
