We recently completed a comprehensive home remodel with Jackson’s Design, led by refurbishment consultant Ana Tonial. Ana brought exceptional project management skills and deep industry knowledge, guiding us through every phase—from design and planning to execution. As with many construction projects, we encountered unforeseen challenges, budget recalibrations, and tough decisions. What set Ana apart was her transparency and steady communication. She kept us informed at every step, even when the updates weren’t always easy to hear. Thanks to her tenacity and responsiveness, the project was completed to a high standard. We’re truly delighted with the transformation and the aesthetic outcome. The journey wasn’t without its bumps, but the result speaks for itself.
Jacksons have been great to work with - Enrico in particular is very dilligent and always there to support both me and my tennants. Living abroad makes this especially valuable as I know I have someone I can trust looking after my flat for me
Since working with Ledj, I have found her to be incredibly supportive. Her communications are speedy and personal, and she seems to care about giving the best service she can.

I had a fantastic experience buying my first property through Jacksons Balham. Sophie was extremely proactive in keeping me updated with each stage of the purchase, and provided helpful advice and support throughout the process supported by her years of industry experience. I have been a tenant with Jason's Wandsworth branch for 3 years. I always paid my rent in time and have been responsible and calm tenant troughout. I have decided to move away due to personal circumstances early April this year. I made sure property has been professionally cleaned prior departure for quick release of deposit. I have handed the keys over 3 weeks ago now. I have 0 emails from them since regarding release of my deposit even though I requested an updated on several occasions. I also chased with their office on numerous times and most staff are not able to assist or promise return calls that never happen. I had 1 call from them last week after persistent chasing attempt stating they are waiting for landlords response and several other measly excuses. I chased this week again and they once more feeding me with same information. I am considering of taking legal actions at this point... This is not the service you should expect from major agency such as Jacksons. It seems they are very quick to demand their payment but completely opposite when they need to return it. Very disappointing!

Jacksons Estate Agents are Amazing!! 5*!! I recently purchased a property in Earlsfield and my main points of contact were Emily Richards and Sophie Doughty. Both of them have been amazing to deal with and have consistently gone above and beyond to help wherever possible and made the whole buying process as easy as possible. It was also great that whenever I spoke to either Emily or Sophie, they were both on the same page and up to date on where we were in the process and latest information such as situations with solicitors and what was still outstanding. I can't recommend Emily, Sophie and Jacksons enough. Thank you Jacksons.

I bought my property from Jacksons a few years ago and was so pleased with their service that I decided to use them to sell it too. The entire process has been a pleasure with the service provided by their dedicated sales support manager Sophie Doughty worthy of special mention. Sophie has been astonishingly diligent on my behalf taking on the role of terrier when liaising continuously with both teams of solicitors and the purchaser to push along the difficult and energy sapping challenges that is todays sellers (and buyers) experience. Full marks are happily awarded. Thanks for making the experience so easy.

If it wasnt for Sophie in Balham, we would have pulled the rip cord, a paricullarly unacceptable situation in general (nothing to do with her). On a different note Jacksons & Dexters (same company) must change their Policy with respect to Online Status, the companies do not mark something as sold or under offer, meaning there is an endless stream of deforestation, from unwanted Flyers & companies offering to do a better job, think of the downstream activites needed to generate these documents and send them to you, the energy that is wasted, because of one persons strategy, shame on them. What if all the companies stared doing it, Paracites.
