i wouldn’t bother with itch i tried it on both of my dogs and both of my dogs reacted massively and didn’t get rid of the fleas

Didn’t work at all on my dog, in fact she ended up getting infested with them leaving me to treat my home for weeks and having to take my dog to the vet to get stuff from them. No reply from the customer service team either. Would definitely not recommend

I haven’t needed to use customer services as haven’t had a problem with my deliveries,the only downside about this subscription service for my puppy is that he doesn’t like majority of the treats that’s sent so because he doesn’t like them it’s not good value for money for me personally with my puppy not liking them so I’ve paused my puppy’s subscription for 3 months and then I’ll try him again with them and see if he likes them then but if not I’ll be cancelling his subscription/order as if he still doesn’t like it in 3 months time then it’s just a waste of money for me. The company itself though are amazing and always deliver on time with no problems.

I never actually received my itch .They did try twice but it still didn't arrive. I did receive my money back

The itch flea product that I was sent initially thought was good 👍 until my cat ended at the vets due to the chemicals making him seriously unwell and causing him to lose all his hair and costing an arm and a leg to get him better In conclusion just get the stuff from the vets it does cost more but you know what your getting

Brilliant service and affordable!! We have now eliminated Rileys flea problem with the pippets and using the spray. Hopefully we have now broke the breeding cycle . We have not seen any sign of them for over a month. Very happy with the service
