Had the products I was after,Garam masala paste,coriander powder and was easy to order from dispatched and arrived quickly wit no issues.

First time I have used this company and I was very impressed with the service! Placed my order and it was delivered earlier than I expected as well as being kept fully informed of delivery timescales, so this was a bonus. Did one order,and with the shop was happy,ups the delivery company was a big let down,but the store and coms were great,can't say anymore than that. When the shop calls and apologises when they didnt have to,says they go the extra mile. So yes 100% i will be using them on a regular basis.more so if they start using another company besides ups. But in all honesty they were great themselves. Top stuff

I’ve been really impressed with the Indian grocery store - especially now i just found out they have only been running for 6months. I’m no expert but they seem to have every ingredient under the sun and even those I couldn’t initially find were there, under their Indian name. I bought the Dishoom cookbook and needed some of the ingredients for the dishes I want to try - they had them all, cheaper than anywhere else and they were delivered really quickly.

We opened the box two days after receipt and we found the items tallying with out order. Further, as the Indian names translated to English names can be confusing sometimes, we found that all the items were what we wanted. The delivery was prompt and the packing done well.

Delivery was scheduled for Friday it was then rescheduled for Monday, by the carrier but still arrived on Friday. When opened one of bags of flour was split and the bag of spice was also broken and was all mixed in the box. I sent email to the Indian Grocery Store and explained what had happened. Someone from the store called me and apologised and asked if I had taken photos which I had not. He said that he would send vouchers matching the amount for the goods damaged. I have received the voucher and am very happy about the outcome and would recommend the Grocery Store to anyone.
