Mark the trainer, went out of his way to make sure everyone on the course had a good understanding. Time was spent to explain and too help. Mark was prepared to stay back and help if required

Mobile boom & scissor operator.
The training involved a presentation followed by a timed theory test. After that the hands on practical assessment. The trainer/instructor was very experienced and competent. It was a full day training course. I'm pleased that I passed.
