I’ve used Hornsby Electric many times. On time, quick, honest and professional.

Had a bunch of small jobs, on time, all done, no fuss, had all the parts on board. Efficient and friendly and took the time to explain any instructions needed

Power was out in half of the house. Jacob arrived as scheduled, and quickly identified and resolved the fault. He also inspected the switch box, and explained and provided recommendations for replacement and upgrade to cater for future needs. Will surely contact Jacob again when the time comes to overhaul the electrical infrastructure in my home.

They were very professional and worked on the roof in a heatwave.

Sort of service you dream of, rocked up without an appointment, but since a small fix, (to pass car rego) they did it straight away. Charged %10 of what other people quoted, and far far less then what Mazda service charge. Cannot thank them enough, so happy to leave 5 star review.

Effiecient and timely and fixed my electric issue

Competent office staff Cassandra. Our powerlines were downed by tree in storm. Electricians turned up promptly and very professionally and efficiently reconnected supply and left area tidy. Genuine people who explained the tasks and reasons and got the job done.

Fantastic service. Jacob informed me of all the options and what the charges were likely to be. He came with the latest smoke alarms and explained how they would be installed.

Hornsby Electrical was very responsive. We were traveling in our motor home and had a 240V issue. They were happy to accommodate us into their busy schedule and repaired the issue within 1 hour. Their communication was excellent, and they explained the problem in easy-to-understand language. Thankyou very much Jacob much appreciated.

Really good service from Claud, and he also found a problem with trip switches that needed sorting. Most appreciative.

A person (the owner) answered the phone. Understood my issue straight away. Resolved to have a Level 2 Electrician at my premises that afternoon after Ausgrid had completed their make good. It happened. My freezers were back on and no food wastage. Highly recommend. David is in my ‘go to’ contact book.
