The two electricians who came to do the work were very good and very pleasant. Also Cassandra & Sonja in the office were very helpful and David went above and beyond to help me out with an issue on a Saturday! Would recommend!

Our main switch failed late on a Sunday afternoon. As the DB board still had an asbestos backing plate, the entire board and switchgear had to be replaced. I had the quote by Sunday evening and by midday Monday the power was back on. Very happy with the quality of workmanship and the quick turnaround.

All of the people I dealt with from Hornsby Electric were extremely helpful, flexible and understanding in successfully resolving an intermittent fault ŕelating to water in an outdoor lighting circuit.

Team was reponsive to my request, communication was good throughout. Job was able to be done on the same day and with quality. Pricing was relatively expensive considering it was a straighforward task and more attention to the clean up at the end would have been appreciated.

Rescheduled the job to finish early. Turned up on time and completed the job very efficiently.

Casandra who took my call was a pleasure to deal and tried her best to have me identify the fault without a call out, and when that failed had someone out to me within the hour. Fault finally located and issue solved (flooded power switch at end of the garden!) in little over an hour. Great service and happy customer, will definitely use again (hopefully not this week even if the rain keeps up like it is!)

the electrician was polite and did the job quickly and only charged me the call out fee. And I was notified he was running late which was appreciated.
