We’ve recently started the grubby box after using Gousto for 5 years - Grubby’s quality of ingredients, recipes and choice is far better. We wish we had switched sooner, genuinely impressed with everything.
Love the meals all delicious. Only issue is last few weeks, water leakage in boxes from perhaps freezer blocks defrosting, leaking out. Recyclable paper bags used so can get a bit soggy, but manageble

Food is great quality and the choice is brilliant. Arrives on time with good packaging and the recipes are easy to follow. Every meal has been tasty and never hungry but all fat and calories are accounted for! Can’t fault and will continue to order.

The food from Grubby is excellent, we have them five days a week and absolutely love it. Very tasty and healthy, I certainly feel better for it! I had to contact customer services as one of my boxes got lost…they were easy to contact and extremely helpful…they gave me a full refund, and £15 off my next box for the inconvenience, also the following day they contacted me and said they would be sending out a free box!!! Excellent, I certainly never expected that! I would highly recommend.
Grubby does not tell new customers which courier they use. It's DPD and for my first ever order today DPD failed to deliver (as they usually do with next day service) claiming there was an unexpected incident. I contacted Grubby and was told I'd have a full refund. I just checked my account and no refund. I have cancelled my subscription as I don't do business with firms who rely on DPD Next Day anymore.

I’m now on week 3 of Grubby. I decided to use a box due to work stresses meaning I had little time to plan or shop but I enjoy cooking and having a nice meal to enjoy is important for me. I’ve enjoyed all the meals though some much more than others. It’s convenient that I can skip weeks when I’m working away from home. I’ve also found portion sizes to be good. Sometimes getting 3 portions out of the dinners. The packaging for me doesn’t work as I have to unpack it all to fit in fridge so for me could just send all ingredients and I’ll sort into which meals. Great recipes though and given me little tweaks I’d never have thought of. Also found the produce is generally better quality than supermarket. Overall early days but so far impressed. Be nice for loyalty offers as so many of these boxes are giving discounts to new customers but if you stick with one be good to recognise loyalty.
You know when you go to a new restaurant and choose something you haven't had before and it's 😘👌🏻? Every Grubby meal is like that!
The food is delicious and no complaints. Instructions make sense and I haven’t failed yet! Only slight complaint is that it takes me far longer to prep and cook than it says
The best vegan recipes I’ve had . Simple to make and taste delicious. Very impressed
Reason for the 3 is mostly poor delivery, one left outside in the sun didn’t ring the bell, another the driver took it away as the box was squashed again no ring. The recipes are good, although sometimes the vegetables in particular are bashed, bruised or not quite at their best, given they are supposed to last 3 days you tend to go first with what looks like it won’t last, don’t know how that would work if your buying 4 or 5 days.
Loved the choice of meals, and the customer service was great! The meaty mushrooms are incredible, I still dream of those!
Box delivered to the wrong address and after that good luck with the costumer service. Awful and not professional at all.
