Too difficult to change orders from weekly. Thought I’d cancelled a week but still arrived-stuff I didn’t want. Not that much choice of meals

I love Grubby - portions are so generous that a box for 2 people keeps me going for 4 days! Mind you, I have a tiny appetite! To anyone complaining about missing ingredients - don't moan, just contact their customer services and they will credit you either £5(ish) or the cost of the whole recipe, without any quibbles at all. This is outstanding customer care - they're all lovely! Sadly my recipe choices have become severely restricted as I can no longer eat gluten at all😞. Maybe Grubby could have a think about GF recipes in the future?

Delivery is shockingly bad by DPD, boxes have been delivered damaged and although they should knock on the door they usually don't. Can't fault the recipes though, very tasty easy to follow.

I love this company! I love their food. I love that Bosh are involved. They're generous with their portions. You get a whole garlic bulb instead of just a couple of dried cloves. 3 to 4 vegetables per dish and even tailored music to go with it! Loads of different super meals to choose from each week, and I love the recipe cards that go with it. Nice to not have to look at my phone for an on-line recipe, and no recipe book to have to store like some providers do. I was with another quality home food provider for three years and then found Grubby who gave me an extra dish each week for less money. Please don't stop. I'm saving money because of you guys - and healthier than I've ever been. Thanks. :-)

Quality food, lovely recipes, easy and quick to cook

Unbelievable rip off. I can't believe I was duped into buying this... and at less than 50% off, and I'm still annoyed that I spent £4.08 on a couple of cheap & bruised vegetables, a sachet of chilli paste, black beans and wraps. Full price would have been £9.95 at Tesco! What a total con. These guys must be laughing... I honestly have zero clue how you have any good reviews - they must have more money than taste buds.

Really fabulous food, well packaged, highly recommend!

Really nice meals but we were missing most dry ingredients for one recipe which we realised half way through cooking, meaning we’d wasted time and money as we couldn’t eat the meal. The other meals we have had have been really good though.

Worst salesman i've ever spoken to! I filled out my details on instagram and a few days later Grubby called me - they called me 3 times in one day while I was at work and without my phone. They then called the 4th time that day just before 6 as i'd just finished work and was just heading out to two events that evening. The guy on the phone was pretty pushy in getting me to commit to a delivery date - I said I wanted to view the menus first which he asked me to do there and then whilst I was on the phone - I explained I didn't have time but if he could call me back on the monday I could and he said he'd already called me 3 times that day and wouldn't be calling again! I don't often leave reviews but was so shocked - i'm pretty sure he even said he was one of the co-owners/founders too. Hope their food is better than their customer service and sales!

Good quality ingredients and great variety of recipes. Loved every one I’ve tried so far.

Six meals in now. Was completely easy and customer friendly to postpone my second pack as we didn't quite need it yet - fab. We are treating it as though it is a takeaway with benefits - we are confident cooks and use recipes too but have had LOADS of new ideas from this - it's quick, nutritious, straightforward and DELICIOUS. Thought we would only do it a couple of times but so ready for the next pack! Delighted!

It's a shame really. I live in a student house and recommended Grubby to my flat mates after really enjoying the first box(although overpriced for the food you get). They all signed up to the first but because we're in the same house, they cancelled one of my mates and they've messed his order up this week and charged him full price without his 60% off and made it so one week he didn't have food. But they also deleted all the credit I had for January so I've lost the £100 credit. So upsetting. They emailed me too and never replied. Annoying because I loved the food but the customer service is severly lacking. I'll go back to mindful chef or plant hood (highly recommend!!) or better yet, buy the food yourselves and do it cheaper!

Awesome. Great food, recipes, packaging, ethos. Also I had a problem with delivery - not Grubby’s fault - and a lady from customer services emailed me promptly and sorted it all out. Will definitely continue to use and recommend to friends and family.

I'm not a vegan, not even vegetarian but these without a doubt the best meal boxes I've tried. We were with Gusto for a while and Hello Fresh, but these are so much more creative and much tastier! Great work.

The website is easy to use, the choices are good and the food box always arrives on time.

Wanted to try vegan cuisine that isn’t processed , you guys hit the nail on the head perfectly , delicious recipes , easy to follow instructions , you’ve made vegan cuisine an adventure in every way and wonderfully non processed 🥰🥰🥰🥰
