Fabulous food and recipes, totally changed my relationship with tofu and vegetables

Compared to other recipe boxes the ingredients have been of good to excellent quality. The recipe options are attractive, tasty and very varied: we have not been bored despite being customers for years now. There are lots of delicious, but easy recipes that empower inexperienced cooks to whip up a lovely meal. Helps to share meal prep chores more equally! ;) Grubby are super friendly and supportive when something does not go according to plan - which has happened rarely and the few times were down to the courier. Love the variety of our diet with Grubby and am so glad about the time and produce saved! No long shopping lists and trips, no half used produce going to waste. We hardly create food waste these days. Love it!

We've been getting five meals a week for a good few months now. It's been excellent to get me into cooking again and we've hardly repeated a recipe. They are all very tasty and usually something I would never attempt to make. I don't know why having all the ingredients portioned appropriately and put in a bag makes us twice as likely to make our dinner, than to cave in and get a takeaway, but it does.

Best delivery box company, great company with great food:)

Really simple tasty recipes packed with fresh veg. Nice variety from a range of global cuisines. Good quality ingredients in eco-conscious packaging. Great short cut when busy as all the hard work putting the ingredients together is done for you. Portion sizes are also really generous 😊.

Love the recipes but my box that was delivered a few days ago was smashed to bits, the ice pack had burst so my pasta was soaked, recipe cards ruined and veg was beaten and unable to be used. Could of been damaged in the depot or in the delivery process but I was still gutted to receive my items ruined

Great food, clear instructions, ethical, imaginative and easy to communicate with. Also the HIVE delivery service seems reliable so far.

Fantastic customer service after our box was undelivered due to the courier company damaging it. I filled in a message via the website when our box wasn't delivered and they looked into it, replied and gave a full refund and some compensation within a couple of hours. Very impressed.

I was recommended Grubby by a friend, Jade, who's partner works for them. I'm on a journey to become plant-based, and eventually vegan and I thought Grubby would be a great introduction to a vegan lifestyle. I picked my recipes and I have to admit, they are phenomenal. The idea of never eating meat again doesn't even seem like a big deal when plant-based food can taste this good. I was going to stop my subscription once my 20% discount was over, but I love it so much I've kept it going. I've tried Gousto and HelloFresh and I honestly enjoy Grubby so much more. My partner is huge meat eater and even he has requested that I recreate some of the dishes. I highly recommend it, I even purchased the recipe book. My only complaint is that the recipe cards don't have the quantities so I struggle to make them again but I've been writing them down as I go.

We have previously tried other meal prep companies and have been disappointed by the quality of vegetables/portion size, this has not been the case with Grubby meals. The quality of food is outstanding, portion sizes are generous and recipes have all been delicious. The packaging is secure, with minimal plastic, great service.

Grubby offers fantastic recipes, and the quality of ingredients is usually excellent. Of course, as with all fresh food, there can be occasional quality fluctuations, but overall, I have been very satisfied. I have been a loyal Grubby customer for quite some time and have always considered the company to be very sustainable. However, I now have to deduct two stars due to an ongoing issue that has not been resolved: the ice packs leak, causing the boxes to become soaked, which often results in failed deliveries. I have discussed this problem with Grubby multiple times and even provided them with possible solutions. Unfortunately, nothing seems to have changed so far. This puts me in a difficult position as a long-term customer. Grubby is likely incurring significant costs due to undelivered packages, and for me, it is especially challenging since I live in a town where vegan options are hard to come by. I sincerely urge Grubby to address this issue so that deliveries can be reliably completed. Possible solutions could include a waterproof additional bag, better box lining to prevent soaking, more thorough quality checks on the ice packs, or even a system with reusable ice packs that customers can return. I would fully support such a sustainable initiative. Grubby truly means a lot to me, and I hope they take this issue seriously and implement a solution soon. PS: To be fair, Grubby always refunds undelivered orders, which is appreciated. However, I would much rather receive my deliveries reliably than have to request refunds.

Absolutely love these boxes!!! Food is delicious, really innovative recipes which are full of flavour!
