Great recipes to pick from, easy to follow instructions, easy to use service, great starter deal, love the playlists - just wish I could use with Apple Music!

Ordered a box, five meals for two people, after receiving a special offer & I’ve never been so impressed! Me and partner are vegetarian, but like to eat vegan when we can and the grubby meals have made it so much easier & less boring! Highly recommend!

Great vegan choices and so quick and easy to prepare

Our daughter and son-in-law have been going through a very busy time, new flat and new jobs and so we treated them to a few weeks of Grubby. They absolutely loved it, outstanding quality, great variety, tasty and delivery was very efficient and punctual and overall is represents very good value for money.

So easy to make not many ingredients but really tasty and all plant based

We are loving our first box so far even though we are only one recipe in! It was super easy to make, took 30 mins with a 3 year old intervening. Manageable amount of washing up too. My daughter enjoyed smelling the spices and the ginger for the curry. She wasn't fussed to try it even though the portion sizes allowed for a good portion for us and a small for her. But she isn't usually fussed about eating a hot dinner so it's not a reflection on the food. We have really enjoyed the first meal and can't wait to try the next. Am also very much looking forward to next week's recipes! We are not vegan but looking to cut down on cheese and meat. This seems like an excellent way to do it. I've told my 2 vegan friends about it. I can also see me getting back into cooking this way which is something I've really struggled with for a long time which leads to too many takeaways plus mum guilt, not a good combo! I've just read about your sustainable or mostly recyclable/compostable packaging which is a massive plus. I didn't realise that this time so will be recycling the spice pots etc from now on. Love that you don't send loads of those gel ice packs to keep it cool either. If I've booked the delivery for a certain day I'll be in so no need for all that plasticy toxic frozen gel stuff. Price is super reasonable with the introductory discount and at about £56 for a week of 5 dinners for 2.5 people when it goes to full price is don't think that's bad considering I'll be less inclined to order takeaways at £30/40 a time. I like you can upgrade to get free delivery for a flat monthly or annual fee as well. Have chosen monthly and if all good will invest in the annual option. Thanks for making a great product and I hope this works out for us after trying quite a few kits like this. Fingers crossed!

I liked the concept of a plant based only recipe service and that they have a charitable element. I have used them a few times over the last year and been reasonably happy but with a few niggles from some of the recipes, delivery, quality of produce, missing information on use by dates. I decided to give them another go recently but unfortunately after my latest experience I have decided to avoid them for good as they charge you and send you meals without your authorisation. A few weeks back I orderdd a box for 28th oct but put a pause on the delivery for 4th Nov as I thought I probably wouldn't want a recipe box that week. I logged in about a week before the 4th just to see what was on the menu, as nothing interested me then I made no changes. I then received an email on 1st November telling me that I was getting a box delivered on 4th November! How can they do this? I did nit click on anything to reactive my subscription and I did not select meals and check out, so I am at a complete loss as to how they can do this. As far as I am concerned they have stolen my money and I will be taking this further. I contacted Grubby on 1st November as soon as I saw the email but so far have not had a very helpful response. I would avoid this company to ensure you don't get scammed in a similar way! I don't know why they can't be like other recipe services and have the option to just order for the weeks you want and to also not charge you unless you actively ask for a subscription to be reactived or check out an order. It's appalling what they have done.

Grubby has an amazing customer service. They have helped us couple of times so far with cancellation and refund of an order. Very quick response and effective. Furthermore, their products are amazing and it help us to prevent wasting food . 10/10 for Grubby!

Love the tasty & quick recipes. Packed with flavour & more affordable than some other recipe boxes. Fun idea with a prep sound track too. Would love more recyclable ♻️ packaging. The box & bags are, but much of the plastic wrapping isn't. I know it would bump up the price but organic produce would be another bonus. My only quibbles.

I’ve been a customer of Grubby for nearly (or over !) three years now and I love the concept, products and customer service. I love it that they make it easy for me to cook homemade vegan food and make sure no food or ingredients are wasted. Grubby sends exactly what is needed and the portions are good with often leftovers for the next day’s lunch. Prices have gone up over the past years given inflation but I feel that if the prices increase further, it would make the offer far too expensive for me.

Grubby’s plant-based menu is varied, fresh, and great quality ingredients. It’s reasonably priced too, with a low-cost pay up front delivery option. I’ve tried other food boxes, but as a vegetarian I often felt like the poor relation - with a repetitive unimaginative menu. As well as a wide range of fresh plants, Grubby offer an imaginative range of plant-based proteins including pulses, lentils, tofu and plant-based meat substitutes, which other meal box services often get wrong. I also like the ethos of this company. If there is a hiccup (which is very rare) they are responsive and quick to put it right. Thoroughly recommend them.

By far the best for plant based meals. Great value for money, huge choice, tasty and it even shows calorie content. Perfect for weekday meals when you’re managing a work-life balance. Been using Grubby for a while now and already have the next month ordered 🙌🏻

Really enjoying Grubby. Recipes are super tasty and VEGAN. Organic too. Best bit is every box of Grubby purchased a meal is donated to a Ugandan child! Over 200,000 meals donated already. Brilliant tasty dinners. What's not to love?

Have been with grubby for 8 weeks. Delivery of 3 meal kits twice a month. First 2 deliveries I had absolutely no problem with. 3rd delivery was out of the time frame given & delivered to a neighbour which were not the delivery instructions I had given & therefore I didn’t receive my box until the following afternoon when my neighbour contacted me. Hence the box had been un-refrigerated for at least 24hours. I sent an email (website states that emails are typically answered within 24hrs) 3 weeks on & i’m still awaiting an email. The phone line is constantly engaged….must be off the hook as now trying for 2 weeks due to my other issue! & always engaged. My 2nd issue on my 4th delivery last week was a meal kit not being included in the box. Again I have emailed a few times this time so that they would be noticed asking for either another replacement meal or a refund-still no communication since 18th October, now 22nd October & tried phoning…still continually engaged & not one email…..I’m so very disappointed. Having read other reviews it seems only negative reviews receive replies on this forum & are uncontactable otherwise!!!!!

We are enjoying the meals but the delivery company is shocking! I begrudge paying for delivery then they leave it outside in rediculous places. Afraid I will cancel because this affects the quality.

We love receiving our Grubby box each week! The variety of recipes to choose from is fantastic, and we get excited each time there is something new to try. The ingredients are fresh, the portions big, and every meal we have made comes out delicious. We often cook these meals for non plant-based friends and family and they always go down a treat. Customer support is excellent too, and on the odd occasion we've contacted Grubby they've always been super helpful and quick in their response.

Absolutely amazing. We’ve used a couple of other meal delivery services to make meal planning easy during busy weeks. Not only is Grubby by far our preferred choice based on the variety of plant-based options, it’s our favourite in terms of taste too! First week was a treat, some amazing food. Looking forward to trying more of the recipes!
