Don’t believe the hype…

The Narrow by Gordon Ramsay, Limehouse: If you appear on TV extolling exemplary standards then that’s what you expect. Flat & oxidised champagne, wrong starter, under cooked chips and very poor value for money. Contrived and underwhelming - we travelled up to London 100 miles expecting a special night, would have had better fish and chips from my local chippy and wine from the Coop. Found out after that the gift voucher we were given for a 3 course meal for 2 was £46 but the cheapest 3 course for 2 you could get was £57 without the 15% service charge. Since when has a burger on its own been a main course? Go figure? Deliberately vague on the voucher on which restaurants you can use it at, have to ring up to find out and picture on voucher shows gourmet food and not fish and chips or an unaccompanied burger. Guess they hope people don’t bother an absolute con, might take this up with trading standards. Top top it all had an upset stomach and had to self isolate for 8 days after gettIng ‘pinged’ :(

Shocking Gordon Ramsey Bar & Grill…

Shocking Gordon Ramsey Bar & Grill restaurant in London. The interior is horrendous it’s like walking into a wetherspoons, waiter looked like he was about to fall asleep. The food was horrendous, I wouldn’t recommend at all.

Street Burger (St Paul’s)

Yesterday it was my son’s birthday and we decided to eat at Street Burger in London and we were not disappointed at all! We booked a table beforehand for 4 but we arrived an hour or so early and the staff were very lovely and happily offered us a table. We were greeted immediately and felt welcomed from the very start to the end. We were served by Antonia who gave us an amazing service and experience - possibly the best customer service we’ve ever received :) she was very friendly and engaged in conversations with us all and even helped us decide what to eat. We received our food quickly and it was definitely Gordon Ramsay’s standard. The taste was absolutely amazing. We ordered 3 JFC burgers and 1 Lamb burger. Who would’ve thought a burger could taste sooo good :) and the drinks were amazing too - we had oreo and toffee shakes, absolutely to die for. Would definitely return and highly recommend you go there too. Again, shoutout to Antonia :)

Well when he tells the chefs to [bug] off apparently he also means his fans as well.

So far 100 years I have been following Gordon Ramsay. Anywhere I go anywhere I can anyway I can I tried to follow him. Love him up and down! So recently I decided to send them a message with the what I thought might be an enjoyable production idea. So I sent an email to the only Ave that I found was a listing of his 5000 restaurants. So I picked one and shut off an email. Very soon got a response back that basically said we’re closed. [bug] off. OK. So I checked the web again and was able to find a phone number in the UK which I called. And was charged international calling charges by my carrier. The response. We’re closed [bug] off. Oh, well, gee. Nothing like connecting with your Fanbase is there?

Today I must tell I am very disappointed

Today I must tell I am very disappointed with my booking. I did the booking in Open Table as usual and we found out that the restaurant was fully booked when we came in. We live in Chelsea, we live just next to the restaurant, we feel like neighbours, we just chose Gordon Ramsay to have our first dinner after lock down as we know them pretty well. It was a big shock when we went there to see there was not any table for us. The manager said simply it was overbooked. We used open table to book our space week before, it was also very disappointing to see our booking got cancelled after half an hour. We trusted this entity. Our kids loved to spend time. We just went to Goat at the corner of the street and thanks God , they gave us a table after a long day of working at home. I am very grateful to Christian at Goat on Park Walk. It saved our mojo for the night. I was very tired of working whole day and spending and 4 months under lockdown.

My husband and I visited Gordon Ramsay…

My husband and I visited Gordon Ramsay Steak in KC for my birthday. We were greeted and I was told happy birthday. We were shown to our table. James (I believe that's his name) was our server. He was patient with us and helped me pick a wine. The staff was very friendly and James joked with us! The food was beyond excellent. I normally get my meat well done, but I stepped out of my comfort zone and had it medium. It was like the Chef knew and it wasn't too pink. The flavor of the steak got better with each bite. The cheesecake is to die for. Definitely going back!

Lamb chops? "Nah!"

Once again, so disappointed in the quality of food at GR in Baltimore. We are regulars and usually have the Filet but tonight sampled the lamb chops. So disappointed. Three scimpy lamb chops, barely enough to satisfy. Presentation was beautiful, but do not recommend. If you eat at GR suggest you order the beef wellington, or the filet. Or better yet, go to Prime Rib!

Gordon Ramsey RHR

Thank you whoever you pray to, RHR is open and is just as fabulous and welcoming with food of the highest order as ever. Awesome staff, amazing courses, great wine - so glad that in this miserable world there are beacons to hang on to like this.

LAZY chef

What a shame that a chef like Gordon Ramsay NEED to do TV shows and write cooking books because of money and greed instead of just cooking as he is trained for but I guess he is just too LAZY for doing that.

Gordon Ramsey is soo RACIST that on…

Gordon Ramsey is soo RACIST that on MasterChef everyone has to present the food like a WHITE person would present it. Tonight there was a chef from India. He had the most delicious bright and cheerful dish and looked like it would look presented in India. Which is how a indian dish should look. Well Gordon was culturally racist and put down how it was presented and was very nasty to the Indian. If he had presented like a white person would or how Gordon Ramsey wanted it to be presented then it wouldn't have been a indian dish from his homeland of India. They need to do something about the racist presentations on MasterChef and do something about Gordon Ramsey.

Savoy Grill

Dining at A Ramsay Restaurant, the Savoy Grill for £25 each for two courses, who could resist that. OK we ended up spending nearly £100 with Drinks and Sides but still a Great experience for myself and my son. The food was Excellent, think my son had Sea Bream but fell in love with the Thick doorstep sized chips he ordered. The Savoy and the Savoy Grill are simply beautiful inside, the staff were polite and professional and mostly left us alone so we could chat. It was an an exceptionally pleasant experience me and my son are planning to repeat.
