Covent Garden Street Burger. You are better off on the street which is where it looks like the staff sleeps.

Booked a table for my sons birthday and Xmas eve. When I made the booking I asked and was told our dog was fine to come along. Walked through the hammering rain to get to the restaurant to be told by the waitress in barely legible English that they don't take dogs, I explained we had booked with the dog for them to ask another who said the same. They said they would get the manager who came out and said they do allow dogs but not ours as it was massive, again in worse English than the last one. I explained it is actually classed as a medium dog and as he could see it sat without moving all the time we were there. I asked him why and he said the other customers wouldn't be safe. I explained that it was a £3000 pedigree Hungarian Vizsla that had had another £2000 spent in its training and as he wasn't wearing a face mask over his disgusting looking beard, he was more of a danger to the customers than my dog. The irony of all of this was, every restaurant we passed in Covent Garden was packed In here, 1 table of 3 people, if my dog did eat them it would barely fill him up. Being a Gordon Ramsay place you expect some level of professionalism, not 3 staff who could barely converse with the customers and had less brain cells between them than the dog. Shake Shack was packed, waited 20 mins and had great burger in the market and they even did dog meals and treats. Poke your dirty looking little 2nd rate burger bar.

DISGUSTED AT THE AWFUL RESTAURANT

Giving the 1 star as I can't write my review without giving 1. Gordon Ramsay should visit some of "his" restaurants. The reviews are awful!! Bar & Grill in London 5th December. We travelled from Hull for wedding anniversary meal. Absolutely awful. Husband had food poisoning from this place and that ruined our time in London. Poor Grosvenor Square got the little he ate. Absolutely disgrace. The waiters fob you off with any excuse if you complain!!! They don't care. Undercooked meat. Cold vegetables. Hard lumps of bone marrow in the gravy (waiter said it was normal). They'd basically put a dead baby chicken on my plate smothered in pesto. Where do they get these 'chefs' from? The full lot of waiting staff are a joke. No customer service in sight. Talking and laughing at customers. Over £300 the visit cost us in fuel (Hull/London) etc... should have dined at Greggs or Costa and stayed in Hull. Still... the 1 star is for the memory. Was that bad I'll never forget it. Not a fan of Gordon anymore. He quite clearly has nothing to do with all these restaurants and if he has got something to do with them, other than his name being lit up, I'd take my name off them until you get a new chef and trained staff that act with empathy and kindness and don't act like they're still at kindergarten. Roll on next year, we've booked an all you can eat Sunday lunch in Hull for £25. Cant wait.

The Narrow by Gordon Ramsey We had booking with frend of mine for Sunday 24 of October. We were welcomed by two nice ladies and sitted on table with nice vew at the river. The restauant was almost full still the atmoshere was piecful and relaxed. Our waiter - Emanuele did great job - quick and yet unobtrusive. Freiandly chat contributing the entiere atmosphere. The food was great as well as the drinks. Definitely a place which we will be visiting frequently in the futre

We were seated on a table for 4, 6 of us

We were seated on a table for 4 , we had pre booked for 6 of us , seated next to a draughty window, until we complained , we were charged for three bottles of wine we only had two had to sort that out, the bill was over six hundred for six of us and there was nothing we had to eat that warranted that price , perhaps they not expecting return customers, when asked if Gordon was coming they laughed and said no it has to be spot on when he’s there ?

Hugely disappointing

We went there for sunday lunch for grandsons 17th birthday. The restaurant was cold as were the vegetables which we sent back. Waited half hour for meals but no offer of bread or anything while we waited. Mens toilet was minging. Cant imagine gordon Ramsey eating here or if he ever has. A ordinary uninspiring restaurant with top restaurant prices. We had the roasts which were luke warm and the rest had burgers which all agreed were just ok. Definitely never going back

Visited the Reading branch at the Oracle. Slightly disappointed at wait times and especially annoyed at people who turned up after us getting served their food first! Wondering if this was why our food was cold. Cant fault the customer service but the shift manager tried to fob us off with feeble excuses, expecting us to eat the sub standard food, but at least it was replaced with a warm meal. Not sure if we'd return, may be better on a week day when there's less chaos amongst volume of staff on a Saturday.

Street Burger- Reading

I went to the restaurant in Reading and I can say the food and service was excellent and couldn’t be faulted. The food was so good and came very well portioned. I believe our experience was made even better by the service the staff gave in particular one waitress who I believe went by the name Sophia. Even though she was not our waitress she answered all the questions we had at the time with great enthusiasm and a warm smile. Very friendly staff, which just added to our experience!

Went to Gordon Ramsay Street kitchen…

Went to Gordon Ramsay Street kitchen ,Covent Garden,London .Very disapppointing.Burger was very small and had no flavor. Good onion rings, but they were served as a starter even though we wanted them with the burger. Waitress insisted that they were always served like that, even though the menu called it a side order. The Coca -cola was without a fizz, and all the Windows and Big door was open so we were freezing and had to eat in our overcoats! Will never go again. , and should just have left and gone to burger King instead!!

I went to the narrow by Gordon Ramsay

I went to the narrow by Gordon Ramsay, in Limehouse, and my experience was exactly as expected. Service was delightful from the hostess to the waiters, food was delicious (had the cod) and the ambience was lively yet relaxed and nice. We sat at a table overlooking the river and it was a really good experience.

Disappointment at the Gordon Ramsey Pub &…

We went to the Gordon Ramsey Pub & Grill in Caesar's Palace. I ordered the Maine lobster pot pie. I was very disappointed. There was a 1 cm of liquid (that was very runny like water) and 1/8 of a lobster claw chopped up along with a few peas and some tiny cubed carrots ( looked like a poor man's soup in an institution) topped with puff pastry. The flavour was lack lustre. I expected a mouth watering meal and at the very least a thicker sauce with a fair amount of lobster. Looked like the chef scraped the pot . It was NOT worth the 40 dollars. I was very let down. Definitely not up to Ramsey's standards. He should check it out asap.If you go please order the prime rib roast or beef wellington as it appears they only cook their beef with pride. Such a shame Lynn

I chose Gordon Ramsay’s Mayfair…

I chose Gordon Ramsay’s Mayfair restaurant for my engagement dinner I was using a steak experience voucher. When we walked in it was kinda busy but not too bad it took 30 minutes for our free champagne to come. We then ordered our food the starters were excellent which was misleading. The steaks came my partner ordered medium / well done it came rare, both steaks were covered in charcoal and tasted like it there was no flavour there whatsoever. We complained to the waitress and she told the chefs and they stood there looking at us and nothing was done. The desserts came I had previously booked a special dessert with “Congratulations” on the plate this didn’t happen and again my partner got the wrong order she asked for a chocolate tart and got strawberry cheese cake. By the end of this I was so upset they ruined a romantic evening I couldn’t be bothered to argue the toss. I wouldn’t bother going to this place they don’t seem to care which is a shame considering I’m a massive Ramsay fan.

This place was rancid. The asparagus wasn’t even cooked. They had black salt piled on top of land o lake butter. Just not worth your money, if I’m being honest. Take your lil self to the outback baby girl

Disappointed

I travel hour and 45 minutes to eat the mushroom  pot pie. Im very disappointed that out of everything they cut the vegetarian options from the manu. One thing they have is impossible burger and honestly as a vegetarian i don't like it. Gordon ramsay just lost a customer becuase they don't actually think about everyone eating there. Salad is not a meal!! I left without eating here.  As happy as i was coming, i left mad and hungry!!

Tasty, but slow

The food here is really good and diverse, for any person to enjoy. However, I had to wait for almost 40 mins for the food. This was quite a negative experience, but the food was really nice, so it paid off.

Hair on food

I know Mr. Ramsey, would fire everyone at the Las Vegas restaurant if he was there. I ordered 2 plates of mac and cheese and salmon. 1 plate came to my table with hair on the food. I was so confused. The waiter said that they feed over 1200 people like that made it ok, that my food had human hair. I cancelled my meal. I am so disappointed. I had to pay for the other plate that was for the other person I was with. I would not give any stars. Please do better.

I went to Gordon Ramsay's bar and pub in las vegas. The food was terrible. Chicken was raw. We were told it was the breading. Table of 7 and none of us ate our food. The waiter never came to check on us. Wouldn't recommend that place to a dog. You pay for the name.
