Not great. Not worth it. You can do better elsewhere.

Food and service good. JFC (Japanese Fried Chicken) is the best thing on the menu. Don't bother paying the high prices for the main dishes (eg. tiger beef) - they're not special. Main issue is they get you in & out of there in a rushed way, the music is so loud you can't think, and the place is FULL of chavs and nouveau riche (god knows where they got their money...) shouting at the top of their voice about who they're going to screw that night and how completely drunk they were last night.... I'll never go there again.

Lucky Cat London

Lucky Cat London. DO NOT GO THERE There were 13 of us together, colleages The music was so loud that there was no way to talk to each other, they were in such a hurry that they had the first two starters on the chef's menu on the table when the aperitif arrived. We hadn't even gotten up at the end of the meal when everything was taken off the table and the crumbs practically wiped on to our laps. When I asked to pay for 3 out of 13 the waiter was very rude. overpriced, rude service, not worth it. Will never go back.

What an experience

What an experience. Best burger i've ever had. Great atmosphere. Just lovely. Only the waiting was a minus. Overall great and I could recommend everyone to try the street burger. Thanks Gordon (always wanted to say that 🤣)

Gordon Ramsay Bread Street Kitchen - St Paul’s

We went to this restaurant as we had previously been to The Narrow and loved it. The atmosphere was great and the staff were courteous and knowledgeable. The food was lovely and very plentiful, and a very good quality. A special shout out for our waiter Yashin he was amazing could not be more attentive. We booked in for a Sunday lunch at 12.30 this was a perfect time buy the time we were ready to leave the place was packed so I would recommend booking an early slot. We will be returning thank you for a lovely lunch.

A bad experience.

We had a very disappointing evening at the “Bread Street Kitchen and Bar” in Edinburgh. It took more than an hour to get the starters and nearly 2 hours before we had the main dishes. The food was boring and ordinary. The restaurant was so noisy that we couldn’t have an ordinary conversation. The music was so loud that the waitress nearly couldn’t hear our orders. We will not come back to this place.

Gordon Ramsey Bar&Grill Mayfair

Gordon Ramsey Bar&Grill Mayfair The decor was tired, the toilets had broken seats and door handles. The service was below average with the people serving us not able to advise us how the steaks had been cooked… it didn’t matter in the end as they were all cooked medium. The steak was chewy and quite frankly, it was the worst steak I have eaten. Lack of service - We had to request our table to be cleared including clearing the food off the table as food from our side dishes when served to us sloppily has fallen onto the table. Completely put me off ever visiting any of Gordon Ramsey restaurants again. Super disappointed and with a 15% service charge to top it all off!

Awful! Gordon ramsay street burger Covent…

Gordon ramsay street burger Covent Garden. From the whole wine list there was only one wine available. The burger itself was pretty good. We were a party of 6, none of us had more than 10 fries per portion. The macaroni cheese was awful! Watery and tasteless, more like pot noodle. If Gordon went into this restaurant like he does on kitchen nightmares, I’m sure he would not have been happy. Byron, meat liquor, honest are all far superior. A real shame.

An experience for life

My family and are on holiday in London, and we wanted to try one of Gordon Ramsays restaurants. My kids and I went to Maze Grill for lunch, and it was an expensive we won’t forget. It starter good and ended extraordinarily. Our server B.T. was a great server. He was polite with a twist of humor and a genuine willingness to give us the best experience during our lunch. It was a pleasure to be served by B.T. And if we ever return to London again and to maze grill, I will ask for B.T. as our server. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was beaming and we got a chance to say hi to the chefs in the kitchen and take a photo with them. The most exiting part was when Gordon Ramsay walked by and took the time to sit down with us, even though he was busy. We had a little chat and got our photo taken with him. My two youngest 8 and 11, is still star strike because of meeting him, and it’s been a couple of days ago. Great experience - wonderful to have met so many nice and wonderful people in just a couple of hours. Maze grill is so much recommended

At Heathrow “Gordon Ramsay’s Plane food restaurant”

At Heathrow, had a meal yesterday in Gordon Ramsay’s restaurant with the family of 5, couldn’t give Witherspoons a run for it’s money. More flavour in a pound of tripe. Daughter got the gluey, gloopy, pale noodles in a wishy washy coloured liquid (looked like bath water after you’ve steeped the family in it). We got the tomato and pepper soup (Tasted better soup in the Farm-food budget line), tasteless burgers in a look alike brioche bun with a lettuce leaf and fat sliced tomato and some keek at the bottom of the bun for good measure, even after putting a small bottle of ketchup and a ton of salt it was still awful Should be paying me £7.50 to sit down in a family of five and tipping me 15% to cover the sick bag. Would recommend a call to Hell’s Kitchen or even get Gino to give you some cook books.

Poor service, poor value for money, great location

The narrow restaurant: evening started out well with a nice greeter and friendly waitress. But food was simple and price by no means justified. No one asked about drinks orders after the initial cocktail and when we ordered ourselves it was clear they had forgotten as it took ages. Once the bill came it was incorrect ie too high, which was explained with not having a button on the register (?!) for the correct cocktail, which was on their menu… On top of that a 15% service charge was added to the bill - for terrible service. Never going back here, have had great experiences with other GR restaurants though

Street Burger Kensington High Street

The staff were friendly and helpful and that was about as good as it got. Small dry burger, not what you'd expect eating in a place owned by a Michelin star chef, very disappointed, I've had better for half the price. Fries were very good. £16 for a burger, chips and drink would be fine in London but this was poor.

Edinburgh Bread Street Kitchen

Edinburgh Bread Street Kitchen - Exceptional experience A big shout out to Katrina, Eduardo and Gwen for your kindness and and attentiveness. We had a delightful experience and the Beef Wellington did not disappoint. The gift of Tilly’s cookbook to our son was such a beautiful gesture, we are incredibly grateful. Thank you x
