Can showly do better than Ok

The Maze grill Royal at hospital Road in London was one of the worst food experiences we have ever tried. The head waiter was kind, profesional and good at his job. But this is the only good thing about this restaurant. His other waiters were unprofessional and did not seem to care at all of what they were doing. We had the saturday sushi and bottomless prosecco and the sushi were terrible, soggy and tasteless. Last but not least the waiter commented while pouring us a glass of prosecco; “guess this is your last sip, right” We are both in shock that they charged us 100£ for such a bad experience. This is why we are sitting back with a feeling of; why does ramsay even lay name to this? We have before eaten at Gordon ramsay’s Maze in Mayfair London. An exceptional Experience worth every single penny and a 5 star restaurant. But compared to the Maze grill, it is a whole different story sadly

If the food is made of the the best products which were handled with care and brought to perfection by chefs who create art the only thing you can do better is the service. BUT the Service also is at the top. Discrete, polite but omnipresent. They make you feel special without feeling uncomfortable! It seems that they read your wishes before you have them! Some words about the food. We went to the restaurant for lunch and it was the best menu I ever had! An awesome world of flavours and combinations always aiming for highlighting on a mainpart. It was a dream wich came true. Hope we'll meet again soon!

best experience ever. The staff were excellent and very welcoming. We were seated immediately and my daughter was presented with a lovely birthday card which had been signed by most of the staff because she had turned 21 on the day of our visit. This made her feel very special. A wonderful touch. We were given a glass of champagne followed by canapés which were delicious. We decided we would go for the menu prestige. 7 courses of the most amazing food I have ever tried. The food was exquisite and the customer service was platinum. Near the end of our meal my daughter and I were invited to go into the kitchens and meet the Head Chef and others who had prepared our food. Everyone was so very friendly and we had our photo taken with the Maitre d’ and Head Chef. For a special occasion this is the place to go. I will be back for my 65th birthday but my daughter will be paying this time. She has 4 years to save up 😂

Agreed that Gordon Ramsay Restaurants are simply the best. Big fan also, but even bigger fan of the food. Great food, great service. You cannot go far wrong with Gordon and his simply dish selections. Highly recommended.

This is specifically about Le Bordeaux restaurant. Service was poor and inattentive, food was ordinary and expensive for the quality, water €9 a bottle. We have had a great experience at alll the previous visits to Gordon Ramsay restaurants but this was way below them. What made it worse was a fairly glib and standard reply from the management and despite repeated attempts to feed back to the Gordon Ramsay group there was no reply and it was difficult to contact anyone

This past weekend was excited to go to Atlantic City Gordon Ramsay's restaurant. Being a fan of the chef and dying to try his signature Beef Wellington I was sad to say I was highly disappointed.My dish came out and I know it would not have met his standards the dish was not wiped down the potatoes were cold and peas were hard as a rock, and unfortunately Beef Wellington had soggy crust, medium cook and so much garlic that three days later I'm still tasting it! There was no aujus and sadly to say there was a slight communication gap with our server I guess it was my Ohio accent! My sister's seafood potpie was excellent but lukewarm. Being a server and bartender for many years and my sister being a restaurant owner we didn't complain but we did let them know the standard would not have been Chef Ramsay's. The price of the meal was worth the experience in saying that we were there and we are still a huge fan of Ramsay and his team and TV shows!!

My wife and I are huge Gordon Ramsay fans and history did not disappoint us from the entrance onto the seating onto the ordering everything was a five star. The food was meticulously and a statically prepared and we had enjoyed every single bite as it melted on our times and drip down our throats we were quite pleased at the taste and the ambience combined it made and almost before I can experience. We would ask everyone to experience this regardless of the price of the menus it's worth every cent
